We are back in NJ and she has been crying every day and not wanting to go to school. I contacted the salon and a gentleman was receptive to my concern after I sent pictures. He apologized and told the stylist that was supposed to work that day was out so Nada was a stand in. He offered 40% off next hair service and asked me to send my Venmo information for a refund. This was on Monday, I have still not received the refund. I cannot believe this place has such high reviews. The stylist has traumatized my daughter.

Pros Great selection of styles to blow dry your tresses…read more Flat rate per blow dry includes shampoo. My and my daughters left with shinny straight hair. Two of us selected the straight dry and it lasted all week. Another got a curly style but because her hair is naturally straight and thick it lasted only 36 hours or so afterwards nice waves remained. My daughters usually wash their hair daily but after the dry they were using plastic caps to protect it. Service was very good from the minute they answer the phone Cons Parking only valet or try the marina (I went round and round and had to return to valet or would miss appointment) They will not put the tip on your bill, only cash. The place is rather small and I can see it getting packed pretty soon if they keep up the good work. Tip If the owner is there you can request a haircut . It is on the pricey side but an excellent precision cut. Bring cash for tips, tips are not imposed but very well deserved Overall Very pleased, will return soon.

I have fine moderately wavy blonde hair…read more After moving to Miami from NYC, I have been struggling with frizzy waves which I wanted help smoothing and calming. Oren assured me that the keratin treatment would be perfect for me and would help smooth, straighten, and revive my hair. I came in for the treatment with Shak. The only thing the treatment did was make my hair limp and knock out my color. It looked even more damaged and frizzy then before. Shak convinced me that I needed a cut in order to make it look fuller and more even which I fell for as I was going into a state of worry. He then gave me a long haired mullet. I was extremely distressed about the end result and just left before I became more frazzled. When I had keratin in the past my hair felt smooth and silky. It also required less air dry time and styling. My hair after their treatment dried frizzy, stringy and dull. I texted the salon a few days later with pictures of my hair explaining how my hair did not come out as promised. Laura asked me to come back in so that Oren could examine my hair. She assured me that they would take care of the issue. The feedback I received from Oren was that the keratin treatment was not right for my "damaged hair". I'd like to point out that my consult was with him and he was the one that told me how beneficial the keratin treatment would be for me. Then, his solution was to give me another keratin treatment. First he tells me it's the best treatment then he says it's not the right one and then he says that's the solution. Why would I do another keratin treatment when the first completely destroyed my hair? It was not only a waste of $450 but now I had to pay for new highlights and a cut to bring my hair back to some kind of life. Super disappointing. The entire experience. My hair certainly doesn't look like all the videos the salon posts on Instagram. I'm not sure those are all real videos and photos of clients as I'm not are all these reviews are real. Perhaps some clients have had good experiences here. I just want to warn those out there reading these reviews about my own experience. I have attached phots of what my hair looked like immediately following the treatment. Beware of receiving a keratin treatment here. Complete waste of $450 plus hundreds of dollars in repair.

I regularly get dip manicures and I usually can go 6 weeks or so in between and my nails still look pretty great. However not even a week or so later and my polish has started chipping and flaking off. For $80 plus tip I'd expect my nails to look good for at least a month! Also my technician was pretty aggressive and almost all of my nail beds/cuticles were actively bleeding and scabbed over! I don't live in Miami but plan frequent trips but will make note to not return if I need another manicure while visiting.
