I was sent by my doctor because it was after their operating hours for swelling in my leg. He…read morethought maybe a blood clot. So I go in and wait. The doctor immediately walks in and asks me what I am doing there because I had enough medicine at home to self medicate. I haven't been back since. It was rude and embarrassing. I wasn't asking for pain meds, I just wanted to make sure I didn't have a blood clot. I hate being judged by what I take at home. They need to put their prejudices aside before assuming anything. That kind of mindset can cause someone to lose their life. ​
