I asked about billing insurance since they were an in network provider and was told they would not cover it. I was told I would need to pay for it out of pocket. I was unaware that as an in-network provider that I would be unable to submit for reimbursement since insurance provider requires them to submit the billing. Now I am out over $1500 for a service that would have been covered had they followed normal practices of checking coverage before administering service! I would not recommend this facility at all. If I could give a stars I would!

I called On the Move and Jen, who answered the phone, was really wonderful with getting us an appointment as soon as they could for an evaluation. She also explained that once we got insurance approval, that our appointment that we set up to work with our schedule would be a standing appointment every single week. Meaning that we would not have to set up another appointment every week when we left! This is such a wonderful thing because it saves time for us. Our therapist Kim is wonderful! She is caring and kind with Charlotte and she explains everything we need to know to keep the momentum going when we are at home in between appointments. It is a little out of the way and if you have never been there it can be a little hard to find the first time. My daughter, who is now 10-months old has been going there for a couple of months now and she was not able to sit up by herself, hold her bottle, roll herself over, or do so many other things due to health issues that she has been suffering from since birth. I can now say that she is sitting all by herself without propping herself up, hold her bottles (in fact, she is almost ready for sippy cups) and she is rolling over and moving on her belly. Not yet crawling but getting around none the less. All of this because of the work we have done with Kim at On the Move! I am so excited to see what is next in my daughter's life as we continue on our journey!
