It is called "Urgent" but let me quote the movie the Princess Bride, "I do not think that word…read moremeans what you think it means." There is nothing urgent about this place, either in terms of the speed in which they handle patients or their ability to handle anything remotely serious. Do not go there unless the waiting room to Hell is already full. The front desk staff: I have repeatedly been told that I would have to fill out new patient information over the last three years because they "have updated their system." My last visit took over 90 minutes and there were only 3 patients in the place (including me). There is only one channel on the TV in the waiting room allowed - "HGTV" I was the only person in the waiting room and was told by the desk person that this was the only channel allowed by corporate. The triage staff is unable to take any manual diagnostics. They have to use automated equipment to take all vitals. I seriously doubt their competency. I sat in an exam room for 45 minutes. It was got very hot in there so I opened the door. The nurse closed it again because she said, "its a HIPAA violation." which is total baloney. I'm in the medical field and have had lots of HIPAA training and this is a total fabrication. There is a revolving door of "healthcare providers" Drs, PAs, APRNs. One PA they have there is pretty efficient. The rest, not so much. Do not go here unless you have run out of unpleasant things to do. They are so unbelievably slow and inefficient.

No more of feeling like you are known, only like you are a number. Weeks before you can get in to see someone, let alone your primary. Pushing doctors that have just graduated and this is their first ever job. I was a patient with this practice for 33 years, this is the only practice my three children have gone to. Because of the poor replacement physicians and corporate practices we are no longer attending this facility. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I get a follow up call from my doctor if any issues come up that require attention and they mail me a copy of the results for my records.
