Not only did she and her team do a great job accentuating each of our natural beauty, they made it last all night! As someone with very straight hair, I was very weary of getting my hair curled for my wedding as I was afraid it would all end up falling. Not only did Mayra use the proper products, she told me how to properly prepare my hair, and she used a teasing technique that made my curls hold all day and night....something that never happens. During the trial, she paid close attention and took detailed notes on how I wanted my make-up done while also recommending what she thought was best for my face. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and come Saturday, they were ready for me! The weekend definitely seemed busier but if you have an appointment they respected your time and prioritize you. I was fortunate to have Reyna work on me. The women are polite and it's fun listening to the conversations they have with each other and the clients. Very welcoming shop, and just about what you can expect from local hairdressers. The shop is cash only and their prices are reasonable. I was happy to leave extra tip for them! Parking is a bit on the small side as it's shared with other businesses, but you should be able to snag a spot. They do great work on both men and women, and I saw a young teenager walk out with a cut too. They use quality hair shampoo, conditioner, and color that didn't leave my hair feeling or smelling like chemicals. The dye job was horrible I have so many areas that have no color and not even on the roots. I asked for fringe bangs and I got short straight bangs. When she was done I felt my hair and it was completely fried, I mentioned it and said nothing. Even her son was there and said oh nice color and I made the comment "yea but my bangs are burnt" and he stayed silent. Not even an apology or offer a treatment? I should have know it was bad when they put foils on me and didn't even come to check out my hair the whole time I was on the heat. Please save your money and do your research, this cost me $220
