I met with her at her studio which was a very tidy, professional setting with great lighting and tons of makeup products. Her tools were all laid out ahead of time, with clean fluffy brushes and all her makeup products organized just a step away. She took her time and was quite thorough with every step of the makeup, starting with the consultation and inspiration. I opted for a shimmery, pearly look to match my theme and dress. Emily was able to match my color perfectly and made me look airbrushed which was amazing. I found her to be very responsive and amenable when I asked to focus on certain areas like contouring my jawline or adding more blush. We found the perfect eyelashes and she really emphasized my eyes, which looked so much bigger after she did her magic. I found myself looking over the products she used and I was happy to see lots of brands I personally used and recognized on top of luxury brands.
