This was the second place that had canceled or pushback the appointment time thi is very frustrating. No there saying they have noone to do a mens cut never go here. First we discussed what my goal was regarding color and cut. I showed her pictures and she showed me samples. We selected the right base color with the perfect amount of foils to give my hair just the right amount of contrast. There wasn't any testing or painting of color. She just did exactly what I wanted. ( I had asked for this at a previous salon which told me they had to do a test appointment first.) As for the cut, this lady knows what she is doing! I showed her pictures and just like that it was perfect! I don't usually buy hair products or automatically schedule my next appointment. But with Lia there was no question! I am booked in 5 weeks and because I want to keep this color I asked about the correct shampoo to use. She never pushed the product. Most importantly, I felt very comfortable there! Very nice people!

Nicole finished in an hour & a half. My lashes look very natural & do not hurt at all. I was also given a brush to take care of them after my appointment as well as a well detailed pamphlet including Post Treatment care information. I cannot express in words how wonderful of an experience I had so I would say to check her out for yourself! Can't wait to go back soon! A thousand thanks Nichole!
