When I got there, I waited for a while before the receptionist told me that she no idea where the nail technician was so she had to reschedule my appointment. Hmm... Ok... Strike 1. I rescheduled for the next day and, fortunately, the nail technician was there. They led me to the back room and proceeded to tell me that I'd be getting the deluxe pedicure because my appointment had not occurred the previous day. Awesome! Let's face it, the only reason I actually get pedicures done is to tame the dry and craggy mountainside that I will deign to call my heels because, unfortunately, that's the result of running around in 5+ inch high heels and flip flops all the time (wonderful image n'est-ce pas?). Generally, any deluxe type pedicure involves some magic lotion or something that suddenly tames these bad boys so I am totally down for the upgrade. However, upon arriving home, I check out the bottom of my feet and... hm.. I still feel the need to attack it with a pumice stone. Strike 2. Honestly, though, the worst to me was just the time it took to get it done. I am used to maybe 1 hour(ish) mani-pedis. This one took well over 2 and a half hours and I was still not entirely enthused with the end result. Enough that I went home and repainted my toe nails myself. Strike 3. The girl that did it was nice enough. However, if I'm going to drop any kind of money on a mani-pedi, I expect a better result and not as much time investment as if I were to do it myself. Word to the wise. If the name of the place does not have the word Nails in it, don't get your nails done there.

The facility was clean, it smelled great and there were a variety of options for beverages and small snacks in the lounge. There are also lockers for your personal belongings. The spa has a large selections of treatments, facials, dermaplanning, microneedling, the infamous vampire facial, and they also offer slimming and fat burning treatments.
