I decided to stop giving my business to this laundromat/cleaners for a couple of reasons. The…read morefirst time I dropped off some clothing items for dry cleaning (jeans, shorts) I was given a one-week turnaround time. There was no special care required for the jeans other than a request for laundry. It was not during any holiday or shutdown time. How ridiculous!!! Secondly, the laundromat is primarily frequented by minorities which is why I think the owner isn't concerned with repairing so many of the machines that have been unoperable for several months. After frequencing the facility for nearly a year and still seeing the same washers and dryers out of order, I inquired with the manager on duty as to why the machines weren't repaired timely which would speed up the wait time during peak hours? The woman became offensive and lied and stated that one washer cost $50,000 to repair. Now, we all know that is not true and most laundromat facilities rent the machines and there are service agreements in place for repairs. As well, I usually frequent the laundromat at night and the floors and machines are not always clean, despite staff being present but usually in the office with the door closed and on the phone on personal phone calls. The onsite manager was so offended by my timely repair question that she became unruly and unprofessional and then talked about my inquiry to a hispanic employee who decided to pick up the unprofessionalism and challenge me also. At the end of the day, my money matters and I choose to spend it where I receive good customer service and feel valued as a customer.

But, I'd say I get what I pay for. The UGLY turned GREAT: A Cleaner World was quick to reimburse me for the cost to replace a suit coat that was lost (Days before an interview). Tim, the manager, was very professional and did everything he could to rectify the situation. Thanks! I'll definitely keep doing business here.

Went to drop off three very nice items that I needed for an upcoming trip next week. They had…read morestains so I inquired about putting stain stickers on the items to make sure they were cleaned because they were similar color stains to the fabric and difficult to see if you didn't know where to look. Of note, I have gone to this location many times before over the last few years and this has been standard practice for them to do. They didn't have stickers (which was annoying bc if the items don't get cleaned before I leave I won't have time to have them redone) but I understand that happens. What was really offensive and will be the reason I'm writing this review and will not return is that When I said perhaps I would take them somewhere else, the lady working there literally laughed out loud and said all because of stickers. She continued to be rude even when I explained that I just wanted to make sure the stains were actually removed and that's why I wanted them. Honestly her approach was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I won't be back.
