There are a few times in life when you find a gem of a helper, who not only does what you need them…read moreto do, but goes over and above. Joselyn at FRC Cleaning Services is just such a jewel. We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. I couldn't ask for better help. I hope Joselyn continues to build her thriving FRC cleaning service in Raleigh, helping many other AirBnB hosts with their house cleaning. She deserves all the success in the world!

Since my schedule is not consistent, having a cleaning company that is amenable to this schedule is such a relief! I've never used a cleaning service before taking the advice of other friends and hiring FRC. They really do a great job, and communicate with me via text if there are any problems or concerns while they are cleaning. I trust them in my space completely. I pay them via PayPal, which makes it so simple, and they give me invoices so I can have records. Prices are super reasonable and they will come take a look and give you a free estimate. Highly recommended!

They did an excellent job - - - top-notch, nothing undone, no stone unturned. They went above and beyond my expectations not only in the quality and cleaning and the value for the money, but they also did a lot of extra details like baseboards, ceiling fans, refrigerator, air fryer, etc. They even had their own cleaning equipment and supplies. They have totally blessed me, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am so much more confident now to host people in my home, knowing it is so clean. It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

If you are like me, you can use a little help around the house year-round. Let me tell you how Kept Clean completely improved my life by improving my surroundings. When I moved to NC I had a huge amount of "stuff" to put away into a smaller amount of living space. I lived like that for months because I needed help organizing and consolidating my belongings and didn't know what to do. When I decided to look for professional help, Tammy of Kept Clean was the perfect person for the job. She and her team came and assessed my needs, assured me that everything was doable, and quoted me a very fair price for the job. Within a matter of days, my house was looking fabulous and I was feeling amazing about where I live. There is nothing like coming home to order! Kept Clean did a great job ensuring that I was pleased with their work, and that I was a part of the process throughout their time in my home. It was awesome working with Tammy and her team, and I would highly recommend Kept Clean to anyone looking to improve their surroundings at home or in their business. Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.
