Sales person, Shain Quartz, mentioned a 30 day/1000 mile grace period for returning the car. Never explained the strict and narrow parameters of the offer. TWO DAYS after purchase I tried to return the car. Only then did I learn how limited the offer was. My mechanic had found issues that will cost me immediately. I am 74, very small income, I cannot afford to spend extra right away. In fact the owner, Mr. Shapiro, not only told me the car was overpriced by them, he laughed and said whatever the market will bear was fair. These guys are the epitome of the Shyster car dealer stereotype.
