Customer service was excellent but these sandwiches are not good. We ordered a Guido and a Jersey Sub. The meat is sliced so thinly that you can't taste it. I could pick up some ham flavor and that was it. Imagine the very thinly sliced deli meat and make it even thinner. Then only put a single layer of these thin flavorless slices. In town Visiting family, we came here because the other spot was closed. Which I am glad it was! My daughters had sandwiches and I had a salad. It was fresh and very well done. One of my daughters had the meatball sub and she couldn't put it down! Friendly staff, clean establishment, and prices are reasonable. We will be back on our next trip home. read more

Drove 25 minutes out of my way just so my husband and I could try this new place after we've been driving for over four hours. A++++ definitely worth it. The restaurant was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The employees were all working together as a team and doing business the right way. We got 2 Giant club subs for only 9.99 a piece and we can make two meals out of them. Compared to Jersey Mike's which is one of our favorites this place beats them with the quality and price. We will definitely be back. So wish this place was located in the Seneca/Clemson area. Whoever the owner is Great Job your doing things the right way!!!! read more

I give this business 0 stars! Coming from a pass employee they do nothing right. They have crossed the line with playing with my money along with many other people. If you are looking for a job do not work for these unprofessional people. The employees there do nothing professional, the managers do not know how to resolve a problem. They laugh at everybody that wants their food done the right way after they paid for it . They do not have an inspector at all. They tell customers that the lobby in closed when they don't want to clean or mop it after they mop it at 12:30pm . The first couple of times I came here and got a sub it was delicious. But don't know what happened. Couple of weeks ago I wanted a sub. Did they change the items they put on the subs. These subs are the opposite of "giant". We ordered two 16" subs, and there was hardly anything in them... they're just totally flat. It's basically like eating a 16" long piece of bread. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I'm a New Jersey native, and this place would be laughed out of the state. read more

Their philly says "best in town", not true. Literally anywhere else in Lancaster is better. Positives.... their sandwiches are big. That's the best I can come up with. read more

Mixed review. Had the Guido, and it was very tasty. Tried the meatball that was a bargain "sub of the day". It was good too, especially for the money. I can't give more stars because of the steak philly which had little tasteless meat and was borderline inedible. read more

Worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Incompetent staff. My wife picked up the sub and brought it home. The giant sub wasn't cut, didn't have any condiments on it all, we asked for pickles, wasn't on the sub. I took the sandwich back so they could remedy the situation; there was one guy behind the counter that knew what he was doing, everyone else was just watching that guy. They finally made the sandwich the right way, only after I had to supervise these toddlers and offer sandwich making consultation. Then the guy wraps up the sandwich without cutting it, after I made sure to bring up the idea of cutting the "giant" sub about 10 times. Even after getting the sandwich finished it was too salty, cheap meat, cheap bread, and poorly made. I threw it away and went to Subbies... if you want the only mediocre sandwich in Lancaster go to Subbies. If you want a good sandwich make it at home or go to Indian Land. read more
