The male worker with curly hair is not friendly nor is he helpful. Everytime i go in and he's there…read morehe's always trying to push something new on me when i know exactly what i want. He just says no we don't have it. Doesn't bother to go check the back. The owner and his son are both very friendly and helpful. If what I'm looking for isn't out they will go check the back and bring it out for me. However, the last few times I've gone in i didn't see them i had to deal with the curly haired guy and him trying to get me to buy something completely different so from now on I'll be going else where for my vape needs. As i know exactly what im looking for and exactly what i want. If i wanted to try something different i would. I never once asked him for his opinion or recommendation on any other brand or flavor yet here he is trying to tell me what they have and taste like.. and then if im looking around he rushes me "is that all" "are you done" when he can clearly see im looking at things.. I try to time it right and go there when he's not working but the last few times he's the only one i seen in there. Usually the owner or his son come out from the back. The last time they had what i wanted i asked for 5 and the guy said "i can't give you 5" the owner came out i explained what i wanted and how many he went to the back and came out with exactly what i asked for and exactly how many i asked for while the other guy just stood there looking annoyed. Then he didn't know how charge me and tried to charge alot more them it was supposed to be mind you he's been there for quite some time now so he should know how to do his job and how to charge me..he doesn't seem to be a people person nor is he very friendly. If you don't want to speak to customers and help them maybe he shouldn't be working in a store where he has to talk to people and be helpful. Prior to him working there I've never had an issue with the prices or with finding what im looking for. I've never had any other employee try to constantly push a new brand or flavor on me like he does. The owner and his son usually mention that something new will be coming soon but that's it they don't try and push it on me like this guy...he tried doing the same thing to my daughter when she was looking at the carts he kept telling her what she wanted instead of listening to her when she knew exactly what she wanted and what she was looking for. He completely disregarded what she said and put something completely different on the counter in front of her then looked annoyed when she didn't take it. She didn't take it because it's not what she asked for and they had what she asked fir he just didn't listen and instead told her what she wanted/ needed. Im sorry but ever since he's been working there i try my best not to go in there unless i see he's not in the store then I'll go in but I've been going to different places due to him. I think he needs to be retrained or take a class in having patience and working with the public and having customer service skills.

It's a pretty large store and dealt with Josh. He was very helpful with navigating that law in the state. One can buy accessories, such as coils, mods and sub-tanks to fill your vaping needs. Now you have to buy your e-liquids at 0-mg. Then add your CBD oil and a sweetener to mix and match. 3-mg is my speed so one has to mix and match on these products. Those sweeteners are sold 3-mg & 6-mg in nicotine. They currently have 6 or 7 different sweeteners depending on your taste buds. Those juices are available in only 60-ml sizes currently. Therefore one has to grab a bottle of 0-mg of juice, add that CBD oil, plus that sweetener to mix and match your taste buds. Or just bite the bullet if you will, and buy those tobacco flavored e-liquids. I've never been a fan of that flavor, just have to become serious vape person to figure this out. Thanks for all your help, just wish that you guys could allow me to use my reward points again.

A "head shop" (old timer speak for a place to buy weed supplies like pipes papers and screens) like this is the perfect candidate for a legalized place to buy actual legal cannabis but our state legislature still has their heads stuck in the sands on 1950, and many products, services and businesses like this fine shop are currently excluded from selling it. Some day hopefully we will rid NJ of politicians who try and stop what the state voted for in the legalization of cannabis, but for now, 1 South Vape shop has you covered for anything you need to enjoy these legalized products at home or on the go.

I didn't receive that coming here. This place had a nice interior with beautiful art pieces on the wall. When we walked in, myself and my partner were greeted nicely but there was an assumption that we should know what to do upon entering even though this place opened up in December of last year and we have never been there before. The main interior is laid out very nicely with an informative and detailed book about the strains. The music was nice too. It reminded me of the trap museum in Atlanta if you've ever been. But the main issue came when we tried to ask for recommendations from the person at the register. They weren't as informative or helpful as I'm used to when searching for a new product. It felt like my few questions were stressing them out. Even though this place advertised a wide variety of options, the items we thought we wanted were sold out. So when we asked for substitutions, it seemed like a hassle and strain for the employee to help accommodate us. All in all, the place is aesthetically pleasing and the products seems pretty good but the service wasn't what I expected and if you are new to THC I would not recommend it. But your experience might be different from mine.
