I have never had an issue until Wednesday, July 15th. I had a disappointing/experience with the ounce I purchased and the way it was (not) handled. I was sold flower that the Silverleaf website lists as 38.58% total THC: 34.66% THC with THCa bringing total THC 38.66%. What I got was flower labeled 34.66.% total THC. THCa was not listed. I called the dispensary to discuss and ended up speaking to the manager. He started by condescendingly explaining how THCa works not once, but several times. I am well aware of how it works! I finally had to interrupt him from "explaining" it again to tell him my actual complaint. The label on the product DOES NOT include THCa as an ingredient. He then "explained" (made up) how the grower can choose to list or not list THCa as an ingredient at their discretion. I told him this makes no sense! Why would a grower indicate the total THC is lower on the label than it was advertised on purpose?! He offered no explanation for that. When I told him I was very dissatisfied, he offered no apology or compensation for this misrepresentation of the product. He "explained" that he nor Silverleaf apparently has no control or influence to change false advertising. I asked him if he was saying it was not his/Silverleaf's fault (problem) and he could not (would not) do anything about it. He confirmed it with silence. Needlesstosay I am still far from satisfied. BTW - I checked. NJ state law, DOES, in fact, REQUIRE that growers list THCa on the label. It is NOT left to the grower's discretion. Essentially, the manager/owner(?) was just making things up to get rid of me. Extremely unprofessional. Frankly, he sounded bored. Sadly, moving forward, I will need to check to confirm I am getting what was advertised when (if) I order again. I can no longer trust this dispensary to sell me a product as advertised.

All of Breakwater's wide variety of products are made in house and they are consistently fresh and of the highest quality, purity, and potency. I tried the other big cannabis, multi-state dispensaries and found their products lacking; dried out flower, hash rosin that was crystallized instead of buttery, and you have to argue about every discount. I went to Breakwater Cranbury yesterday, medical sales only (they have medical and recreational at their Roselle store). They are having a fantastic sale that's going on until February 15, where they stacked all of their discounts without my even having to ask. I saved 42 percent on my order! That means a $400 order cost me just $240! No tax! THIS is why I stay with medical only and Breakwater only! Breakwater is the best by far of any ATC in New Jersey.

I was looking for a specific Camino gummy, Exhilarating/Wild Berry, and this was the only dispensary in the area that had it in stock. The online ordering process was quick, easy, and seamless. The price was right; $38 for two tins of 20 is a deal. When I arrived for pickup, I simply showed my ID and had my order in no time. The interior had a really cool vibe, and the split-level layout was unlike any other dispensary I've visited. He just says no we don't have it. Doesn't bother to go check the back. The owner and his son are both very friendly and helpful. If what I'm looking for isn't out they will go check the back and bring it out for me. However, the last few times I've gone in i didn't see them i had to deal with the curly haired guy and him trying to get me to buy something completely different so from now on I'll be going else where for my vape needs. As i know exactly what im looking for and exactly what i want. If i wanted to try something different i would. I never once asked him for his opinion or recommendation on any other brand or flavor yet here he is trying to tell me what they have and taste like.. and then if im looking around he rushes me "is that all" "are you done" when he can clearly see im looking at things.. I try to time it right and go there when he's not working but the last few times he's the only one i seen in there. Usually the owner or his son come out from the back. The last time they had what i wanted i asked for 5 and the guy said "i can't give you 5" the owner came out i explained what i wanted and how many he went to the back and came out with exactly what i asked for and exactly how many i asked for while the other guy just stood there looking annoyed. Im sorry but ever since he's been working there i try my best not to go in there unless i see he's not in the store then I'll go in but I've been going to different places due to him. I think he needs to be retrained or take a class in having patience and working with the public and having customer service skills.
