My experience was pleasant from start of my order to completion. I attempted to place an order through the app, but was unsuccessful due to the fact it wouldn't recognize my coupon. Needless to say, I called the restaurant instead to place my order. Anthony was the gentleman who answered and took my order. He was extremely friendly and efficient and explained the app often doesn't recognize coupons, but he'd be happy to redeem in store. I placed my order with ease and was given a 15 minute estimate for pick-up. Fast forward approx. 13 minutes to when I went in to grab my #7. It was ready and prepared perfectly - sans olive oil and with honey mustard. The sandwich was delicious and the bread was superb. Thanks so much for gifting us 5K folk a free sub Jersey Mike's. The food at Jersey Mike's is pretty consistently delicious wherever you go, but the service at this location was above and beyond. I really enjoyed my roast beef sandwich, but Shaterra the manager did something way above and beyond. The UPS store right next to Jersey Mike's was closed and I was flying out that night. I wasn't going to be back in the area and needed to get the package out. She agreed to bring it to them in the morning. Thank you so much for your incredible gesture. read more

Bread! You're a sub shop, you would think that's a pinnacle item. What happened? You guys used to be a staple of mine.

I come here often, usually get great service. The taller woman working this evening didn't greet/acknowledge me, I was the only one in the store. She spoke to me twice - asked what bread I wanted (still hadn't greeted or said hello), then asked if I wanted it Mikes way. That was it. The other woman rang me up, and my items were left out on the counter so I could bag them myself. Even left a tip thinking she must've just had a bad day. Very disappointed. read more

This store is falling to pieces. ...This review is getting a 2 only because the food was good, but actually getting it was not smooth and heaven help you if you and your family intend on eating in the store. ...Today's visit for my family of five included too many surprises: 1. No Working Bathrooms! ...!!! This should have been a sign on the door. ...I have a 5 & 3yo. 2. No working Soda Fountain. ...And when we discovered this at the register, the employee had us picking through the cabinet sodas they had to ensure what we wanted with our meals wouldn't be an up charge. 3. New employees that would rather throw food away than leave an extra piece of bacon on your sandwich. ...Just as it sounds: I ordered a giant and the new employee spotted that there was a fifth slice of bacon (I hadn't noticed) and pulled it off and threw it in the trash. 4. No music in store for first half of the visit. ...We have a family of 5 so we always try to eat in restaurant. ...We don't mind a bit of music to distract kids. This was an awful visit. ...And sadly this used to be a regular haunt for us. ...But management has really slipped over years and the store is getting progressively worse with each visit. :( read more

I am very disappointed to make this review especially after eating at this location for the past 20 years. I have probably eaten over 100 subs from this location over the course of my life. I recently for the first time found a long black hair running down the middle of my sub. I informed the manager and she told me they would make me a new one. I Received the freshly made sub with yet another hair in it and this time an eye lash as well. After informing Cassandra, the manager she was disgruntled by this and gave me attitude despite me being cordial. I was merely trying to recommend having the employees where hair nets and again she just gave this long time loyal customer attitude. She even questioned whether i received a sub with hair in it. This type of customer service is horrendous. I am disappointed because I truly did love eating there. I hope this helps for anyone that is going to eat there. Make sure to check your sub and that there is no hair in it before you eat. Also there has been no resolution to this occurrence. read more

This place is average at best. The bread was old and hard the service was average the tuna was not very fresh the atmosphere was dirty the bathroom was dirty and the overall spirit was negative. I would say to anybody interested in getting a sub keep going there's a better location up the road which should not be a jersey Mike's subs big mistake lots of money as well. Not happy. I had them once before and didn't like it but thought it was me, so I went back again. The sub was expensive. $8 no sides. There was very little meat, and the flavor again was not good. This location is pathetic! They have run out of bread more times than I can count. I would get it if it was 20 min before they closed but this has happened multiple times when I have walked in there at 7 pm! I get that the employees don't care about their 9 dollar an hour jobs but try to have maybe just a little pride in your work people. Maybe management needs to clean house because they are seriously losing money at this location. Go to the location on Okeechobee near 95, way better. They should just close this turd of a spot. This location has gone down hill so much! Which is so disappointing because this really use to be a great location with great service. But as of lately I've had lots of delivery orders that are wrong or pickup orders not ready or even started when I've arrived. But this last time took the cake! I placed an order online and was given a pickup time of 20 min later at 8:30. When I arrived the lights were off and the lighted open sign turned off. I walked in at 8:30 (they close at 9pm) and all the food was put away. I mean there was nothing out at all! I was told they ran out of bread and he was refunding my order. Why couldn't they have called me 20 min earlier to tell me after I placed the order to save me the drive? Heck how do they not know if I would of taken them in wraps or bowls instead? They didn't! Ordered online for 3 subs. When picked up the bag was sealed with two "order ready" stickers. When we asked if all three subs and chips were in there they said yes of course. Did not realize until we got home and opened the bag that one sub was missing. When we went back to pick up they didn't even apologize for forgetting the sub. Attempted to call the establishment to place to place an order @ approximately 5pm. The phone continuously went to voicemail. Our company decided to go in person @ 6pm to place an order of 12 subs. Upon arriving there were no customers in the facility. We were just turned away, with the employee stating that the order was to large due to the time of day. I've been a Jersey Mike's fan for years. As an attorney, my travels take me all over the state. When out of town, I could eat just about anywhere. However l enjoy eating healthy and always use my Jersey Mike's App to find the closest location. When having lunch locally near my office in West Palm Beach, I like eating at the Village Blvd location. The manager/owner Gaby is very pleasant and always smiling no matter how busy she is. A great place to eat lunch and eat healthy. It just doesn't get better than this. read more

Second time this has happened to me. Called to place order from my car phone and was put on hold. After waiting nearly ten minutes I hung up and called back. They obviously left the phone unattended and that made it impossible to then get through. Went to the location and found that there were four people working the counter and one in the back. There were three customers ahead of me. I wouldn't have considered the place overly busy. As I was waiting my turn a woman came in and didn't socially distance herself behind me making me quite uncomfortable. Reason for my calling ahead is so I don't have to deal with people like this, I can just run in and run out. When I was asked what I wanted to order I questioned the worker as to whether there was something wrong with the phones. She said no and asked why. I told her I had been on hold and gave up and tried to call back and couldn't get through. She walked over to the phone and picked it up to find it still just laying there idle, obviously without anyone being able to get through. She merely said, "oh, sorry, we've been busy." I basically said that it wasn't a good excuse. To make matters worse, as I waited to have my subs completed, the woman who didn't know how to socially distance came right up and stood next to me. I turned to her and said, " can you please stand six feet away from me, instead of being right up my ass?!" With this a worker behind the counter told me I didn't have to be rude to which I basically told him that it wasn't his place to tell me to not be rude, that he should tell the woman who was right on top of me that it's rude to not socially distance during a pandemic. I go to this location a lot and have had very mixed experiences when it comes to customer service. I never have any problem when I go to the one in Royal Palm which is a bit further for me to get to. I guess I'll just go out of my way from now on. The one star rating is for customer service. The subs are good, that's why I keep going back. read more

We love Jersey Mike's as it's my wife's go to sandwich place. Sandwiches in general we can never get enough of em. We love getting the sandwiches Mike's way. Typically we order a Regular #7 to share, Mike's Way, with cherry pepper relish on the side. Being from New Jersey, these sandwiches really do remind me of Home. During my college days, I would frequent a local shop called Tastee's sub and these are very similar. At this location and at almost all of their locations, the staff is usually friendly and in good spirits. read more
