I don't know what happened to this location. Used to be really good. Last 2 visits, super hard, stale old bread, used to be so nice and soft. They are located in the Falbrook Shopping Center right by IHOP. Walked in, place my order and left. There's not a lot of seating available here vs. the one in Woodland Hills. I did notice that there were about 6-7 employees, so my sub didn't take too long to make. I am not certain, but it looks like shrinkflation hit this place. Or maybe that's at all Jersey Mike's. Jersey Mikes makes delicious subs - let's be honest. This day at this location was NOT a good day for customer service at the cashier end. I got 3 minis and bowl which is a regular cost, I was charged for 3 regulars and one mini (IDK WHY). This isn't the closest location to my house (the one on Nordhoff is - and they're prices are about $1 cheaper per sub), so I tried to call to see if they could fix the overcharge and the phone rings and rings and then it says the voicemail is not set up yet. Also, I put my points number in and was not told by the cashier that I had enough points for a free sub. I later looked up how many points it takes to redeem items and saw that I had twice as money as necessary to get 2 free mini subs. I feel cheated. I went to this location around 6:45 pm and there was 1 employee with several customers and online orders. The entire place was a huge mess with food and trash everywhere. I asked the employee if he had any help and he said no as another employee left. I asked who the manager of that location is and he said he couldn't tell me that info. After seeing how filthy the store was I cancelled our order and we walked out. This looked like food poisoning in the making. Some of their sandwiches exceed $20 and this is how we should spend our money? I truly felt bad for the employee as I watched him cooking, making sandwiches and taking payments all while wearing the same gloves....whats the point? You're touching everything anyways. Terrible experience, the manager accused my 10-year-old son of trashing her bathroom and was very rude. Her name is Amanda not only did she accuse my child of destroying her bathroom that was already destroyed before he used it. She didn't want to give me her name. she did not properly wrap our sandwich. She slammed it on the counter. I have never experienced such hatred while picking up food she shouldn't be in the service industry. The sub chain that is a cut above the others! We love Jersey Mike's! One of my favorites is "The Stickball Special" (#11) just straight up provolone, ham, and salami. They also make a mean "Original Italian" (#13) that adds prosciuttini, pepperoni, and cappacuolo to the mix. Our preferred preparation is "Mike's Way" which is with onion, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and salt. But they also will serve up traditional condiments and other veggies on request. This location is fast and the people working here are courteous. During COVID the order ahead and pickup method has worked better than delivery (for us). Only 25% of our deliveries have included our full order, but all our pickup orders have been accurate (probably because when you pick up you get your own chips and drinks). read more

On Monday my husband went to go to the bank as his normal Monday chore and he comes in the bed room and asks me if I took his wallet as he can't find it. My response was NO. The manager of Jersey Mikes has been trying to get it back to us and driving by all week and saw my car and was banging on the fence hoping to get someone's attention and he did. Not only did he return the wallet everything was in it. I offered a reward to him and he refused. So there are some amazing humans out there in the world, granted you have to search for them but they are there. Please go to the Jersey Mikes and let them know how much you appreciate the fact the kids {I am old so they are kids to me} were so honest and returned the wallet. TERRIBLE SERVICE. It should not take this long to make sandwiches. I was second in line and it took over 40 minutes for me to get three sandwiches while the line backed up behind me. There's no sense of urgency and the girls working behind the counter are doing the bare minimum, like it really shows. We were telling the first girl taking our order what type of sandwiches we wanted and how we wanted them Mike's way and she told us she's only taking the bread, meat, and cheese order so we needed to tell the other girl next to her. More importantly, this girl was going in-between her station and the cashier station and taking the printed receipts for takeout orders and sticking them on top of the bread. Gross. Meanwhile, the other girl building out the sandwiches didn't know what to put in our sandwich so we had to read off what was in the sandwich. To top it off, we asked this girl to cut our sandwich into thirds and she didn't know what that meant. She really cut my sandwich into half, and then cut one of the halves in half and asked if three pieces of my sandwich was ok. Highly recommend only ordering one sandwich and don't ask for anything technical, like cutting a sandwich into thirds, and maybe you can get in-and-out of there in 30 mins. read more

I fell on the wet floor that had no sign and had just been mopped. None of the workers came to help me and just asked each other if they had a "wet floor" signs to put up. How do you touch receipts and put the receipts on top of the sandwiches, as well as, write people's order on sheets of paper and hand the papers to the customers without changing your gloves or washing hands? THIS IS A "PANDEMIC"!!!! You want me to wear a mask to come into your establishment yet, you're establishment is unsanitary. I will get sick from the germs that are on your unchanged gloves before I get sick from not wearing a mask! I will never patronize this location again. Every time i come to this location everyone is always kind and attentive. I'm not the kind of person to get mad at you when you clearly look busy doing food prep or online orders, or helping others before me; many people are impatient or they come in a rush and expect to be treated like celebrities with everyone fan-girling over them. Manage your personal time better! The world does not revolve around you, so be respectful to the food industry employees. I always get the veggie sandwich and every time they make it, it comes out amazing. I ask for fewer bell peppers and they always listen. The atmosphere is always nice and no one ever is rude to me. Unfortunately the past delivery few orders at this location have been a nightmare. I ordered a number 7 - Turkey with some chips. The order arrived on time but the sub was not Mikes Way! It was missing the key ingredients of olive oil and vinegar! Without those it tasted very dry and bland. Another order of mine went missing and according to Grubhub they stated to call the store to resolve this, and the store did not want to resolve they told me to talk to Grubhub.... Complete nonsense! Two terrible experiences in less than a month. I only go to this location because it's the closest one to my home, but it is not worth it. One of the female employees was so rude to me and was giving me attitude. I understand sometimes you may not be having a good day, but you don't have to take it out on other people. I didn't get her name but I remember she looked of Hispanic descent, black hair, small stature and was there around 3pm 2 days ago. If I was the manager, I would wipe the whole team with new employees.
