Walk in and no one greets me. A woman who is eating her meal says I have to use the kiosk. There is sauce on the screen and the floor is sticky next to it. The door facing the parking lot is locked at 132pm which is very weird. The door facing the street is unlocked. I didn't eat any food and decided to sit down at the Thai restaurant across the street.

Super upset. This is the third time coming here where an item has been forgotten or messed up. In this case just disgusting. Tried to order on the app, got CHARGED TWICE, without an actual order going through. Car in front of me had the same problem. Guy working the drive thru wasn't even educated on how to use the app unfortunately. After expressing how upsetting it is we have to contact corporate, they give us gross food. RIGHT before close so there's no way to exchange our food. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM WHAT SO EVER so it's official we can find another Taco Bell to go to. Hoping to hear from anybody regarding the refund for the other two orders we did not receive.

Tired of being asked to park on side and wait for food while no one is behind me just to save the time per order on their timer.

I just really wish they would put the quesadillas in better packaging or a box.

My hubby ordered the Menudo and the portion was huge! Enough for two. It was tasty and flavored. I always order the 3 taco plate and an extra order of rice, refried beans and chips to take home. My hubby got the enchilada plate and it was flavorful. They have a variety of selections to choose from. Dining inside is intimate because it's not a large restaurant. I asked for chips and salsa. They come in a bag with maybe 10 to 15 near burnt chips who knows when they were made, and the salsa was laughable about a quarter inch of the cup filled. * the salsas are hidden behind the ordering desk with sauces that must have three squirts in each container, never seen that again at a Mexican place. * the condiment station has no cups, you have to put it in a plastic bag even when eating in. * I had a burrito and it was mostly rice, unevenly proportioned and no flavor. * overall I was unimpressed with the cheap out on certain things with the prices they charge. I personally would never go back again, but the soup looked good at another table, perhaps it's worth a try.

Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and it honestly feels like they made your meal right when you ordered it. The ingredients are top quality. The avocado is fresh, the purple onions add so much flavor, and every bite tastes fresh and well-balanced. The restaurant has a really peaceful, laid-back vibe that's perfect if you want to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The restaurant is clean, wheelchair accessible, and they have a convenient digital menu you can scan with your phone. The prices are fair for the quality of the food, especially considering how fresh everything is. If you're looking for a fresh, healthy Mexican-inspired meal, I completely recommend giving Loqui a try!

Overall, the food was good, but the chicken was dark meat and had more seasoning than I personally prefer. The rest of the bowl was tasty and well prepared. Definitely make sure to get salsa for the chips! The chips were crunchy and delicious! Parking was easy, and the restaurant was very clean. There was also a slightly strange smell inside that seemed like it may have been coming from outside, although I'm not completely sure. I would go back and try the barbacoa tacos next time. My friends really enjoyed their barbacoa bowls, so I'm curious to try it for myself!

Love Maiz y Fuego! I should preface my review by saying that I only leave Yelp reviews if I really…read moreloved, or really hated somewhere (be it a restaurant/bar/store/hotel/whatever). Luckily Maiz y Fuego is somewhere that I love!! After 1 too many messed up takeout orders & horrible customer service as a result of one of those takeout orders, my wife and I went searching for a new local Mexican spot. We were picking up pizza at Lucky's Pizza (the ghost kitchen next to Maiz y Fuego), when I noticed Maiz y Fuego, and checked out their menu, which looked absolutely delicious. Plus they're one of the few taco/Mexican spots in the area to have birria & consomme! About a week later, we were hung over & craving birria quesatacos, so we decided to give Maiz y Fuego a try, and glad we did. The food was AMAZING! First thing that impressed us is that we realized they're a scratch kitchen and make pretty much everything except the proteins & seafood in-house, from the tortillas to the chips, salsas & guacamole. Since that first visit my wife and I have ordered takeout probably 6 - 7 times and have never been disappointed. Customer service is excellent, with friendly cashiers both in-person & over the phone. My only quibble with them is that they're pricey....higher priced than a similar competing restaurant in the area. But I get it, scratch kitchen, small family owned (I think their team is only 2 - 3 people), and having fresh, quality proteins & seafood isn't cheap. If you don't mind paying about 20% extra, their food is totally worth it!! Here are my recommendations from Chavela's: - Birria anything! Their birria is PHENOMENAL. And their consomme is *chef's kiss*. One of our favorite things to order (and great hangover food) is their birria quesataco combo + consomme to dip the tacos in. Lots of places that have birria & consomme make the consomme super, super salty, and if they're reheating & re-using it, it makes it saltier and saltier each time. Maiz y Fuego makes their consomme in the morning, and when it runs out it's done for the day. I also love their birria soft tacos and the birria quesadilla. - Asada & al pastor soft tacos. Soft, tender meats with tons of flavor (onions, cilantro, salsa) on homemade tortillas. What more do you need! - Shrimp tacos are FIRE!!!!! - Chips & Guacamole. All made in-house, with tons of flavor in the guac, and just the right amount of salt on the warm & fresh chips. My ONLY complaints are that they don't do machaca, so we can't get machaca & eggs or machaca burritos, they don't make albondigas soup, and they don't have any kind of customer rewards program or something along the lines of frequent customer cards, etc. Overall, Maiz y Fuego is a fantastic authentic Mexican food spot, with homemade recipes at a slightly premium price, but worth it!

Walked in after having Sushi. We both said to each other.... you wanna taco? lol…read more So we walked in 15 minutes before closing and Poncho was at the register and took our order. He was super sweet. Since they were closing, it was only to go order that that time which we were totally fine with. We got two crunchy tacos both beef, one shredded, one steak/cubed. They came with chips and extra bag of chips on the side as well. They have a salsa bar so I took two of the spiciest salsas to go. I wish I would've taken the other salsa just to taste them as well, but we will come back for sure! We drove home, which is about a little over five minutes away. The tacos were yummy! I liked them both. I asked my husband which one he liked better and he liked them both but he would pick the shredded beef. I honestly thought they were both delicious. I will get them both again. If I had to pick one, maybe the cubed/steak. Really friendly staff and I appreciate that. Looking forward to coming back and trying more.

I came for lunch Friday afternoon around noon with 3 others and it was pretty busy as it was peak lunch time. You can tell it's a popular spot. You order at the counter first and then get a spot. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was super windy the day we came, so no one was sitting outside. I got the Alex burrito without cheese and sour cream for $13.25. Asked for a recommendation for the meat and was told their al pastor is really good, so I went with that. I liked that they call you as they're making your burrito, so you can customize it further (which kind of salsa, onions and cilantro, do you want it cut in half, etc.). As a picky eater, I really appreciated that. We all got burritos, and one friend paid an extra 3 bucks to make it wet. Chips come on the side, and you can help yourself to salsa at their fresh salsa bar. This is the first taqueria I can remember that has a mild tomato salsa without raw onion and very little cilantro. I was excited to see that finally there's a salsa I can eat. My Alex burrito was one of the best burritos I've had imo. The proportion of meat to beans to rice was perfect and the rice tasted great. The al pastor was amazing: super flavorful and smoky. I usually feel like most burritos taste about the same to me, but I definitely found myself enjoying this one more than usual, which says a lot. Also, they're generously sized here. I wasn't able to finish mine despite my best efforts and packed the last quarter to bring home for dinner. I'd like to end my review by mentioning how polite and friendly everyone was, from the guy taking our order to the guy making the food. I was really impressed by this as well, since taquerias usually aren't exactly known for their service. I can't wait to come back!
