I don't usually walk into a Taco Bell but the littles I was with wanted to try it because of the teal Baja blast. Upon entry you're asked to order through a kiosk and as someone that isn't a regular that's a bit confusing. But technology is the way we're going right? I accidentally ordered Fries in a quesadilla instead of a side of fries. Luckily fries inside a quesadilla don't taste bad and they understood my confusion and gave me the side of fries. I also accidentally asked for a dirty Baja soda which I didn't know was them adding vanilla cream into the soda. I didn't try it but was able to get regular Baja soda instead. Overall after the confusion was resolved and I hope it's not everyone's experience, food was good and came out in a timely manner. Customer service was great and understanding. read more

I come here often through the drive thru as this location has the best online menu and prices! For $5.50 you get either a quesadilla, Crunchwrap supreme or specialty tacos. Then you get to pick a regular taco, bean and cheese burrito or beefy 5 layer burrito. Then you pick either fiesta potato's, cinnamon twist or chips and nacho cheese. For your last item you get a drink! For $5.50 this is the best deal in town. The order is always right and the employees are always so sweet and friendly! Walk in and no one greets me. A woman who is eating her meal says I have to use the kiosk. There is sauce on the screen and the floor is sticky next to it. The door facing the parking lot is locked at 132pm which is very weird. The door facing the street is unlocked. We go to this Taco Bell seriously almost once a week. We're cheap college students lol. Everyone on staff is insanely kind, the service is efficient, and I don't think I've ever had a messed up order after going to this same location for 2+ years. There's some nasty reviews in here which surprises me because this TB has always been extremely good to me compared to others. Food is also extremely cheap compared to other locations, at least when you order online. I pretty much only use the drive thru so can't say anything about the inside but I have always had a great experience here. My wife is vegetarian and I ordered particularly vegetarian order no meat add potatoes and they still put the meat in the food! It is against our religion and my wife has a serious allergic reaction to meat and she ate by thinking no meat in her food. Just had a terrible customer service experience here tonight. It's so sad because for years the employees here have been courteous & accurate but tonight the cashier was just angry from the start, stepped away while we were ordering 3 different times, didn't get the order correct & then simply blamed us, said "I'm done with you" and shut his window. I haven't eaten here since Covid but I really wanted to try out the new 5$ Nacho combo, it also comes with a medium drink. There were tons of chips but little toppings to go with them. I ordered without the guacamole and was expecting the double the meat as it advertised but it just wasn't as good as the nacho bell grande. Well, let me just add to the low star restaurant. I used to frequent this place a handful of times per month. I go home for lunch and it's close and fast. It's Taco Bell, food is below average but it's edible. On my last visit a few weeks ago, I order a quesadilla and a couple hard shell tacos. No one I. Front of me. I was asked to pull to the side and it took about ten minutes before the food was brought to me. I ask the young man why it took so long for a simple order. His reply, go ask inside! Little prick! I was not going to waste my energy on him. So I decide O would just email TB customer service. I got a bounce back email that they would be contacting me soon, but three weeks later no response. I will not be returning to this location for sure. Would like to say no TB ever again, but maybe another location. As a person in the customer service business, this is not acceptable. So I went to Taco Bell today and went to go eat there with my aunt and my cousins. And turns out my aunts order was wrong, she ordered 3 supreme tacos and when we were eating she noticed that they didn't have sour cream in it. So she went to go talk to the cashier and the employees. And instead of them just just calmly putting in the sour cream or replacing it with another supreme taco they start correcting her saying that oh no there was sour cream.
