I don't usually walk into a Taco Bell but the littles I was with wanted to try it because of the teal Baja blast. Upon entry you're asked to order through a kiosk and as someone that isn't a regular that's a bit confusing. But technology is the way we're going right? I accidentally ordered Fries in a quesadilla instead of a side of fries. Luckily fries inside a quesadilla don't taste bad and they understood my confusion and gave me the side of fries. I also accidentally asked for a dirty Baja soda which I didn't know was them adding vanilla cream into the soda. I didn't try it but was able to get regular Baja soda instead. Overall after the confusion was resolved and I hope it's not everyone's experience, food was good and came out in a timely manner. Customer service was great and understanding. read more

Taco Bell - Nacho fries - Fast Food Near Me - Canoga Park, California

I come here often through the drive thru as this location has the best online menu and prices! For $5.50 you get either a quesadilla, Crunchwrap supreme or specialty tacos. Then you get to pick a regular taco, bean and cheese burrito or beefy 5 layer burrito. Then you pick either fiesta potato's, cinnamon twist or chips and nacho cheese. For your last item you get a drink! For $5.50 this is the best deal in town. The order is always right and the employees are always so sweet and friendly! The drive thru line moves quickly and there is parking if you want to eat inside. This is my favorite Taco Bell location! read more

Andy took care of our order and when we got to the window he was so kind, patient and polite. This is not the first time, everytime i come here and he is here i am comforted with a nice smile, great service and overall a happy experience! Andy deserves a raise, great person and excellent worker read more

Walk in and no one greets me. A woman who is eating her meal says I have to use the kiosk. There is sauce on the screen and the floor is sticky next to it. The door facing the parking lot is locked at 132pm which is very weird. The door facing the street is unlocked. I didn't eat any food and decided to sit down at the Thai restaurant across the street. read more

Taco Bell - 24.07.25 13:31 - Fast Food Near Me - Canoga Park, California

Rude morning manager. Only customer inside at 9:30 am and we were being polite and she had a rude attitude then when asking for water cup comes to look at where we are sitting to make sure we got water. First time eating breakfast inside this establishment and won't be coming back here again if all managers make their customers feel uncomfortable. Mind you no one in line or anyone for her to be rude for a reason. read more

FAST FOOD????? Do not come here unless you have 25 minutes to wait in line. Not fast by any means. And the manager needs to present himself much better. Will never ever go there again! read more

We go to this Taco Bell seriously almost once a week. We're cheap college students lol. Everyone on staff is insanely kind, the service is efficient, and I don't think I've ever had a messed up order after going to this same location for 2+ years. There's some nasty reviews in here which surprises me because this TB has always been extremely good to me compared to others. Food is also extremely cheap compared to other locations, at least when you order online. I pretty much only use the drive thru so can't say anything about the inside but I have always had a great experience here. There's a pretty consistent group of dudes working the drive thru and they're awesome -- thanks guys! read more

Super freezing cold inside the store. No way you can even be there. Temperature like inside of refrigerator, below 60"F. It's February outside, not July . People can get sick easily. read more

If someone can't answer simple questions, DON'T put them at the register. If they can't understand the question "what is in the breakfast crunch wrap"? they should NOT be customer facing. I really tried, ended up having to leave without ordering. read more

Super upset. This is the third time coming here where an item has been forgotten or messed up. In this case just disgusting. Tried to order on the app, got CHARGED TWICE, without an actual order going through. Car in front of me had the same problem. Guy working the drive thru wasn't even educated on how to use the app unfortunately. After expressing how upsetting it is we have to contact corporate, they give us gross food. RIGHT before close so there's no way to exchange our food. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM WHAT SO EVER so it's official we can find another Taco Bell to go to. Hoping to hear from anybody regarding the refund for the other two orders we did not receive. read more

Im not sure what's wrong with these other reviews, this is my go-to Taco Bell! They usually always get my order right and are very accommodating when things are wrong. we walked all the way there arriving at around 11:30 PM. to our surprise, all the doors are locked, when they are supposed to be closed at 12:00 AM. i start knocking and banging only to be ignored by every single worker inside. when someone finally noticed me, he motioned me to go thru the drive thru. fine. i go thru the damn drive thru and no one greets me at the speaker. fine i pull up to the window and can u guess what happened again?? IGNORED AGAIN. UNTIL FINALLY A WORKER APPROACHES ME. but this worker does not understand that i want to order. he thinks im trying to pick up and is shoving random orders in my face asking me for a QR code. so i just left. im hungry and disappointed. im also just confused like was ur kitchen closed or something??? like couldnt u have just told me instead of doing allat. idk. im going to nearby little ceasers or 7/11 next time. damn you tacobell. read more

This Taco Bell on Fallbrook and Saticoy should be highly highly highly ashamed of yourselves, cause you're just opened yourself to a major lawsuit. You hired a young disabled boy, and he was so excited about his job, and then he worked and he couldn't stand for the amount of time you wanted him to because he's disabled yeah And he asked for a share and you guys refused and then you fired him. Wow, you know the labor board's gonna know about this and you're gonna be in so much trouble in corporate. Wow that's a huge lawsuit huge you have no idea what you did none and I can't wait for the mother to open that lawsuit. You have no idea in your food sucks at that location by the way, Sucks. read more

Just had a terrible customer service experience here tonight. It's so sad because for years the employees here have been courteous & accurate but tonight the cashier was just angry from the start, stepped away while we were ordering 3 different times, didn't get the order correct & then simply blamed us, said "I'm done with you" and shut his window. We are two mature adults who understand frustration and disengagement - but I hope this employee's attitude & demeanor is not the new normal for this location or the Taco Bell corporation. read more

I think is the best taco bell that I've ever been they have good deals and the staff are good

I haven't eaten here since Covid but I really wanted to try out the new 5$ Nacho combo, it also comes with a medium drink. There were tons of chips but little toppings to go with them. I ordered without the guacamole and was expecting the double the meat as it advertised but it just wasn't as good as the nacho bell grande. Otherwise everything else was great my hubby had 4 supreme soft tacos and enjoyed every bit. They also made sure everything was sealed for safety reasons which was nice to see. read more

I stopped by here and got some Taco Bell on my way home from work because I was tired and knew I wasn't going to cook and didn't even feel like meeting the door dasher at the front door so I hit the food button on my Waze app and it suggested Taco Bell so I thought why not. I drove to this Taco Bell and I got everything I wanted and the staff was all very friendly, it was all great. read more

Absolute horrible service! Establishment is completely empty. I waked up to the register just to be told by the guy taking g orders from the drive thru to place my order on the kiosk tablet. It took me longer to place that order than it would've for him to take the order in less than 2 minutes. Will never visit this place again. I guess that's what $20hr gets you. Poor service! Let's remove cash registers and human interaction. What a waste! read more

Well, let me just add to the low star restaurant. I used to frequent this place a handful of times per month. I go home for lunch and it's close and fast. It's Taco Bell, food is below average but it's edible. On my last visit a few weeks ago, I order a quesadilla and a couple hard shell tacos. No one I. Front of me. I was asked to pull to the side and it took about ten minutes before the food was brought to me. I ask the young man why it took so long for a simple order. His reply, go ask inside! Little prick! I was not going to waste my energy on him. So I decide O would just email TB customer service. I got a bounce back email that they would be contacting me soon, but three weeks later no response. I will not be returning to this location for sure. Would like to say no TB ever again, but maybe another location. As a person in the customer service business, this is not acceptable. I have always called upset customers back and dealt with the issues (we all have them). But, my money is going to be spent where I am valued, appreciated and heard. read more

Very unprofessional, they didn't give me a good service, have to ask over and over again for an xtra side of cream, even after they charge me xtra for it! Then I found that my tooth broke! there is nothing wrong with this Taco Bell. Its a good taco bell with decent food. I say decent because to start with i'm not really a taco bell fan but as far as taco bell's go this one doesn't give you a stomach ache. So you want to know about this location. Well for starters its very clean. Its empty inside, probably because of how small it is inside. Yup that is one definite thing I noticed while I was inside this place was alot smaller than comparable Taco's Bells. Definitely more of a drive through place. Cheap Food. Hey Man when you hungry and broke you need places like this and thank god for that. I know i've been in tough spots when I needed taco bell. read more

Ordered just two quesadillas then proceeded to wait. The cashier said the total but never gave us a receipt, then gave me only one quesadilla so I had to turn around immediately and wait in line for quits some time (large order ahead). So I went to Taco Bell today and went to go eat there with my aunt and my cousins. And turns out my aunts order was wrong, she ordered 3 supreme tacos and when we were eating she noticed that they didn't have sour cream in it. So she went to go talk to the cashier and the employees. And instead of them just just calmly putting in the sour cream or replacing it with another supreme taco they start correcting her saying that oh no there was sour cream. On top of that the cooker who made the taco was making a whole scene that she did put the sour cream she went to go even tell us again when we were eating!!!!Like that's ridiculous, they ruined are appetite. read more
