If you get half sandwich and salad, be prepared, the half salad is huge. They don't give you enough dressing and you will need to pay for extra, but it is less then a buck and you will need it. The service was friendly and they did check up on us a couple of times. So all in all a pretty good experience.

She was kind, friendly and eager to make customers happy. I stopped going in for over a year after a few unpleasant experiences with other employees when Cherise wasn't there. I stopped in recently and was surprised at the turnaround. It was clean and they were really busy! (I think walk in customers forget call in orders have to be filled in a timely manner as well, which is as common as a pizza place there. I think if you don't like being patient in line, call your order in.) My favorite employee is back and she cleaned things up! My sandwich was PERFECT! We stayed and ate in too. Cherise never disappoints! Her hard work really made/makes a difference. She really knows customer service and it shows. I'll be back!

It took forever to make, they made up the Philly cheesesteak with beef never listened to us so when we got home and opened the package and saw it wasn't even chicken . It was so terrible like eating gristle . We called to complain. That was a mistake. It took them 15 minutes to get on the phone and then we got that I don't really care attitude like what do you want us to do and you know what really made us mad when you go to check out the machine asks to leave a tip for something that those people are paid to do and we actually did leave them a tip because you feel pressured when you go up to the counter.
