On the day of the event, he arrived early to ensure that everything was set-up and ready ahead of our guests' arrival. He made two trips to our location, one for breakfast and one for lunch and he remained on-site during lunch to fill in items as needed. The quality of the food was excellent. We served a light breakfast and lunch. The breakfast pastries were baked that morning as were the cookies and cobbler bites and it was apparent in the quality.
