I am gluten-free celiac for the past 13 years and to be able to go order a sub sandwich never happens! I was so thrilled the first time I discovered they had gluten-free bread at the Orlando airport. I recently stopped at a local one and had a delicious Italian sub. They are cautious and switch gloves and prepare my sub separate and on it's own tray to help avoid cross-contamination. All checked off on the online order thing. The size says a regular is for two, thats a no. A regular is 12, being a hungry person i easily consumed both halves. Tasty roll, which often makes the sub. Personally i think its better than local supermarket stuff. I was gonna order the honeymoon hoagie, but wanted more. Oh, a honeymoon hoagie is lettuce alone. read more

Clearly whomever manages this location should be out of a job. If I were the owner, I would fire you on the spot. This location deserves more than 5 stars. The staff is friendly and they get you through the line pretty fast. The mini Italian on Rosemary Parmesan bread is my absolute favorite! I came here with my bf for a bite to eat, we were so glad that we did. We decide to get the #17... Philly cheesesteak with sautéed onions and peppers. What a great decision!!! I went to Jersey Mikes Abacoa Town Center, April 22nd at 8:11 PM. Now the establishment closes I believe at 9 o'clock I understand that it's a Friday night and these young little kids don't really want to be spending their Friday nights at their place of employment. But nobody has forced them to walk in and do their job. For some reason the woman behind the counter was very upset that I brought my wife and my two kids into their establishment so late in the evening "45minutes before closing". Not only was I greeted extremely rude but when I didn't understand what they had asked after placing my order I was then firmly and sternly told what I did not understand the first time. Both my children looked at me like why is this person speaking to you like this. I kept my cool and continued with my order at the checkout their kiosk machine was not working with my form of payment "my bank card" so as I tried again and then again the third time that same rude woman had said it would work if you quit pulling out your card. I couldn't believe the tone the temperament and the demeanor the last five minutes I had to endured from this person. I would never recommend anybody visiting that establishment or any others that you're treated that way in. If it were up to me she would be in the unemployment line before 9 PM closing. She is not a good representative for any company certainly not for any customer service. The customer walking into any establishment are the ones keeping the lights on paying the bills and the wages for that establishment and its employees. Until businesses realize that their customer is the only asset they really have maybe then they can train and re-train their employees to treat the customer as a valued asset. Please do yourself a favor if you're ever treated poorly by a customer representative of any establishment keep your money in your pocket and walk away as I have done. You'll feel better about yourself knowing that you didn't give up your hard earned money for some spoiled little brat that treat you like crap.. read more

Staff is friendly & accommodating. Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. I like how it's next door to Starbucks & Publix. Jersey Mike's was nice enough to do a promotion at my daughters high school. A three dollar donation for a regular size sub. What a deal! My daughter ordered a turkey club minus the ham, because she doesn't like ham. So as we went down the line together and arrived at the cash register. I handed over the coupon at which point the young gentleman there said that he was ringing up a turkey sub plus bacon and a soda. And gave me a total for the sandwich greater than three dollars. I stated to the young man, I'm sorry, my daughter ordered a Turkey club sandwich with no ham. Why is the bacon extra? He stated back that because there was no ham on the club that he had to ring it up as a turkey sandwich plus extra for the bacon. I shared with him, that his reasoning did not make any sense. The promotion was for a three dollar regular sub and my daughter ordered a club sandwich minus the ham. Club sandwich include bacon! He became incredibly argumentative with me. I asked for the manager. He stated back snidely, I am the assistant manager. I said, what a shame! May I speak to your manager? At this time, a young lady came over and engaged me in a conversation about my disagreement with how I was being charged. In the middle of my conversation, the young assistant manager, with a big mouth, decided he was going to chime in again. I looked at him and made certain he knew that I was done speaking with him and this was no longer his issue. The young lady finally had the young assistant manager ring me up for the three dollar sub plus the soda. I think her. As he run me up, he was just a freaking idiot! Management should take note that if they're going to promote young people into management, they need to know customer service skills! I have no tolerance for disrespect. My family and I including our dog Lucy loved this experience. I say experience because on the door on the way out they have a sign that says, "I hope you enjoyed your experience." It was a little rough trying to find where the hell it was because the gps had me going all over the place. There was seating outside that allowed us to eat outside with Lucy. I walked in with my mother and I totally fell in love already even before ordering. I saw the fresh veggies and they had me at hello. The bread is fresh they have all the sandwiches numbered, they have combo deals daily, I picked the Italian and then I was about to be amazed again. They sliced my cheese and meats right in front of me. Then the guy asking my order was great I wish I knew the name but I think he told us he had been to Limestone Maine before. Therefore we consider him a friend. Then I get to add all the lovely veggies oh also forgot to mention you can order a mini like 4" sandwich, 6" and then I think it was 10". All fresh! I got the mini and it was plenty. They have drinks Pepsi products I hope it isn't a deal breaker and if so bring your own drink I did. I would not pass up this chain, but I wouldn't pass up this location because the service was great and the personalities of the employees are so upbeat love it! You must go check it out!
