I recently ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich, and the mini Tuna Fish sandwich. The tuna fish sandwich was outstanding!! Fresh, tasty, and it just overshadowed my cheese steak sandwich. The surprise here, is that I only ordered the tuna sandwich as a "chaser" type side!! And even though this was a mini sandwich, the size was more than ample. As a customer and also as a DoorDasher, I didn't feel like I was treated as a customer. Today, I felt like I was ignored by several of the staff when I asked how long would it take for my order I was not ever given notification or estimated time even though I ordered on the app and told us individual, it should've been ready. No apology was given or sorry for the inconvenience, sir. Nothing was said to me and that's unexcused as Customer Service in a fast food restaurant. I passed several other places I could've went this evening to have dinner, but I chose Jersey Mike's because of the quality of food and I thought because of the Customer Service but I was absolutely incorrect. I wanted to just also note no one in management reached out to me and there were other people that were there. They were also waiting for their food and just going to just like I was and no apology. My and my family had our sandwiches from Jersey Mike's and they were good. I had a tuna sandwich and my wife and daughter had cold cuts. All three sandwiches were made to perfection and not sloppy. I do think it's a bit over priced but flavor and quality is there. I will be coming back for a quick sandwich. Overall score 8/10. read more

Not a very good experience at this Jersey Mike today. I live in this neighborhood and have been going to this Jersey Mike's whenever I crave a sandwich. On 12/5/2025, I visited the store and ordered a regular turkey and provolone (Mike's Way), asking them to add mayo and bacon. The sandwich and drink were prepared, and the total came to a little over $15 including tip, which I paid. While they were wrapping the sandwich, I went to get a drink and noticed the fountain machine was pouring more than usual. As I turned back to pick up my sandwich, a woman, who I later learned was the manager, spoke to me in a very rude tone, saying: "We need you to come pay for the bacon." I was taken aback by her tone. My immediate thought was: why speak to me this way when it was the cashier who rang up the order? I genuinely did not know that bacon was not included in the price. Instead of treating me as if I had intentionally avoided paying, she could have explained the situation more professionally. I paid for the bacon and left, feeling very upset. She then told me I didn't need to come back. I responded that I would continue to come back because I support businesses in my neighborhood, where I've lived for the past 21 years. Later, I called the store to speak with the manager. She confirmed she was the one I had dealt with earlier. I told her that her behavior was unprofessional and that I hadn't realized the bacon was not added to my bill. I suggested she handle such situations more professionally in the future. A Mike's chicken Philly on Rosemary Parmesan bread with white cheese, peppers, and grilled onions! Yum. As mentioned in another review, I've been very blue lately and sick. Hubby thought it would be good to stop here and grab a sandwich to lift my spirits. I've visited other locations but not this one. The bread is soft and fresh and I love the sweetness if the cheese, onions, and peppers. Nice combination. Tasty sandwich and worth the $7.95 price. Cheers! read more

I use to go to other sandwich places (yal know who I'm talking about) before I tried Jersey Mikes and I prefer Mikes Way. This restaurant is always clean and friendly. The prices are not to bad either. I love the little bags they put my sandwiches. Us women love to carry a bag especially when something good is in it. I live right down street and I work over night so I always come here around 8pm - 8:40 and today I pulled up at 8:34pm and the doors were locked, however there were 4 employees there who didn't even acknowledge me at the door and I know for a fact this location closes at 9pm. I went there because I had a late dentist appointment in Flossmor and was bringing home dinner for my family. There was NO mask sign on the door, so I thought wearing a mask was optional. I walk in and am welcomed. I get my order taken and I see them making my sandwiches. A girl comes in from the back and starts to put gloves on. She then asks me if I have a mask. I said no it's in the car. She asks me to go get it. I walk out and don't go back in. I am a respectful person, but if you want your customers to wear masks then put a mask sign on the door!!! While it took awhile to get my sandwich ( they had a large order that was being worked on), I can't recommend them enough. the gentleman that was waiting before I ordered, had his sandwich come out on wheat instead of white. The staff had kindly offered to quickly remake it. It seemed to have not been enough for him as he left he very rudely threatened to give a negative yelp review. They had offered to address his concern. The staff handled it with poise and grace even when dealing with a customer that may have been rude to them, even if he was correct. No one had needed to deal with his reaction. I'm just happy to see they were professional enough not to take his bait. In all my orders from the store...they have never messed one up. I ordered the tuna fish sandwich combo Friday, November 25th. They put a spread of tuna fish about 1/8 inch thick on the bread a covered it with lettuce. What a rip off for $12.00. This place was recommended by friends, however I will NEVER return. I did call another Jersey Mikes and found out it should have 2 scoops of tuna fish on the sandwich. I went in and two employees carrying on a conversation. Never looked up nor welcomed the customer. I stood there for about 30-45 more seconds and then stated my presence. They both looked up and appeared offended that I interrupted. They were rude and never said thank you or anything. Nonblack walked in and it's a "hello sir, how can I help you?" Wow!! Hi road: left a small tip but a big review and will never patronize them again. If we want this, will go to Tinley and this is how certain locations get closed down. Poor customer service. I wish I can give this place 0 stars. The staff today was not welcoming. My boyfriend and I were not greeted in. Then my boyfriend had his arm on the glass and the female worker that was wearing a bandana today told him, " Can you not put your arm on there?" Which to me was extremely rude. Instead we should've gotten, " Hi sir due to health regulations we ask all customers not to touch the glass." And then a thank you for understanding. I asked her to, in the future watch how you word/spoke to customers because what you said, and how you said it was rude. I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap it looked like a kids wrap they cut up what looked like a chicken tender and after topping it looked to be the size of a frozen Tom Tom tamale.
