I come in here about once a week, but despite it being perpetually busy, the staff is always helpful and fast. There is a team member named Ramona who consistently does the work of 2-3 people. I would be remiss if I didn't bring up how great she is. She makes the sandwich, she rings everyone up, she solves problems even though a million things are going on at once. This is not to put down or detract from any other employees, this store is incredibly busy and probably understaffed, but it is seriously impressive to see how she handles everything. She is one of the major reasons why this Jersey Mikes runs well. Genuinely, I hope she is acknowledged for the work she does. I would not be surprised to see her excel in corporate, fine dining, or literally anywhere else. I often find myself here about once a week for my Jersey Mike's fix. Jersey Mike's are consistently delicious all around with their fresh baked breads, sliced to order meats and cheeses and all the fresh veggies and condiments. The place is always clean and the team always pleasant. Today was no different, except I want to acknowledge the exceptional service and team work by who I think is "Travis" (he wasn't wearing a name tag, but that is what I think I heard his name is). He usually is the nice guy slicing the bread, meats and cheeses and the first to greet you when you enter. This Jersey Mike's typically can get pretty busy at lunch between the delivery orders, the school kids and typical large lunch crowd and "Travis" is always smiling, cranking out the orders and today I notice he also jumped over to clean off the prep boards, help scrape off the sandwich making debris and help his team out without anyone asking. He recognized the need, he saw the opening between slicing the meats etc., and like a smooth running machine, he switched gears and helped his team out all while still smiling, greeting customers and to say I was not only impressed but I was moved enough to write this review. As the closest location to me I am here around once every other week, though recent experiences have gone downhill a lot. I also work in Food Safety and have tried different avenues to contact this store to no avail. Attached I have 2 Customer Complaints I filed via their website over 2 weeks ago and no one ever got back to me. First one I had a big piece of plastic wrap clinging between the roast beef and turkey which I took a bite out of (photo). Second one the meat tasted awful sour, dry, and rancid, and the size was abysmal, I had to toss it. Every time I call I am left ringing or they pickup and hang up immediately. You feel bad for the team there because they get chewed out by elderly and picky clientele all the time and I hate to complain in person because I have been there behind the line in their shoes. What the heck should I do if no one is listening to me though? This review is my last resort in hopes that someone will reach out. If fresh and delicious is what you want in a sandwich, this is the place! I only set foot in here about a year ago and I'm hooked! The bread is of good quality. Their veggies always look very fresh, but they actually grill your hot sandwiches. They have a grill and no toasters. My favorites are the ham and provolone Mike's way, and Mike's Famous Philly. I've always been that person who loves tons of lettuce on tostadas, sandwiches, tacos, I love it. Most places give you a smidgen of lettuce and I'm weird cause I want a lot. Not here. Here they are very generous and you don't even have to ask. Staff has always given me a warm welcome, even in their busiest times. The quality of food and service is great and consistent. The restaurant looks clean, tables are never dirty. During lunch hour, it can get so busy and yes you'll have a bit of a wait time. Their chocolate chip cookies and brownies are so good. It's Jersey Mike's. Not fine dining. As a native New Jersey girl I always laugh at their menu. But I have to say, as with any "fast-food" place, their subs are consistent and solid. I think this is why people like fast food: because they know exactly what to expect every single time. I have had their cold and hot subs, and really can't complain about either the food or the service, which is basically a bunch of high-school or college kids just trying to make it through their shift. I've never encountered really bad or rude service at any of the Jersey Mike's I've visited. Adding an extra paragraph here because I haven't apparently addressed the "ambiance" of Jersey Mike's. I mean, what can one say? It's a fast-food sandwich place where they crank out the orders as quickly as possible. It's not a leisurely candlelight meal at Providence. Man this jersey mikes location needs all the help it can get I online ordered a mini 7 on rosemary bread Went in at the latest time to pick up per my online order and they had 2 staff members and a line forming I checked with the counter people to see if my order was ready and they said not yet but almost Okay i figured no big deal, ill just sit and wait As i was watching i saw multiple people get upset. A few online and phone orders were also waiting for their subs and a couple people came back to complain their orders were wrong I figured you know it's likely just a busy weekend, and tried to give them some grace Another 30 min go by and my order still isnt out/ready I check with the counter and again they tell me it will be out in a couple minutes Another twenty minutes go by and I finally hear my name, grab my sub and take a seat outside to eat. I opened the bag and found they gave me the bottom half of a rosemary sub and the top half of a wheat sub This place need help asap and a better way to handle mobile and phone orders read more

We ordered a giant club sub and a giant philly cheesesteak. Both were done with lots of attention and in a timely manner. We were the only ones in the restaurant during that time. The two servers were personable and gave great service. The place was nice and clean. They have a big space for those who would like to eat in. Located between Washington blvd and Sepulveda. The sandwiches were delicious and the bread was soft. Definitely must try if you like good and yummy sandwiches. We will definitely be back! read more

2/6/2026, 3:30pm, I ordered 2 giants and one regular sub. I asked the "shift manager Joaquin" if he could cut the giants into thirds and he verbally acknowledged by saying "of course". So I was surprised when I saw his knife go towards the center of the sandwich and I exclaimed, oh no, remember thirds? I explained that my 87yr. old severely diabetic father needs more protein in his meals, so that's why I asked for thirds. He said he would wrap the fourth's individually, which would be great if my father wasn't severely diabetic and in need of larger portions of protein. I asked if he could remake the sandwich and he became angry and flustered and was like, "are you serious? You want me to remake the sandwich?" I again explained why it was important that my dad not pass out from not enough food/protein. He proceeded to help the next 5 customers in line and NEVER returned to remaking my sandwich. He intentionally ignored me until I asked the nice lady working with him that actually remade my sandwich for his name and the managers name. She said HE was the manager and so I asked for the owner's name. That's when "Joaquin the apparent shift manager" finally took notice of me and my sandwiches and said in a sarcastic and disrespectful 6, "oh heck no, you can get your sandwiches somewhere else, and refused to let the ice lady sell me the Sandwiches. So now my 87yr. Old father had to wait and let his blood sugar drop for me to get his meals elsewhere, since I will NEVER be going back to that Jersey Mikes EVER again. He needs to have intensive customer service training, learn how to admit he made a mistake, and learn how to put the customer first. Service is slow, and I don't even get asked if I want a receipt. Came to get lunch the other day with my wife and we were unable to order because the employees were fighting, arguing, yelling at each other. The manager was unable to do anything. The employees fought for over 20 minutes in the back room, yelling, arguing. Multiple people left because there was no one to make sandwiches, it was a horrible experience. I will never come back to this location again. Ridiculous. Terrible manager. I hope this location closes down and another spot opens there. It's just a waste of space. They do a terrible job, the staff always look unhappy, orders are always messed up. The restaurant never looks clean inside. Honestly, it's Jersey Mike's but my last experience deserves a review. This location is our regular spot and by far the best one I've been to. They take GF seriously-the last time I went, the guy working took great care in avoiding contamination, wiping everything down, fresh gloves, etc. I was SO appreciative of him and told him and he said he likes to make his sandwiches-particularly the GF ones-with love. I'm forever a number 8, extra cheese, extra bacon, GF, bread scooped girl and he made it so well! Super safe for Celiac-just don't go at busy times. read more

I stopped here yesterday after having a horrible experience at the nearby Blaze Pizza. What a wonderful experience! The 2 employees working yesterday were super pleasant, professional & responsive. I ordered 2 small turkey sandwiches with chips to go. They were very pleasant & made sure that the order was as complete as possible. Slow af we th people literally standing at their stations unable to think out of the box

The employees are very unsanitary and messy. One of them was working really slow and was making the sandwiches really messy and the other employee was coughing on her hands then touching the Sandwiches they were also just throwing on topping and making everything messy and gross. Jersey Mike's bread is delicious. This location specially delivers consistent quality. I have had jersey mikes for many years so I was very happy when this location opened next to me a few years ago. The staff here is friendly, kind and clean. With the COVID epidemic going on they have a table setup 20ft away for pick up, you just walk in pick up your order and walk out with minimal contact. The manager at this location just sucks the energy out of the restaurant. The employees are great whenever I come and the manager isn't working, but when he is, the same employees just look drained. Every time I come, the attitude is like I am about to burden him with my order. In comparison with every other Jersey Mike's location I've been to, this one takes noticeable longer to do literally anything. Here I am, first in line, waiting 10 minutes to get my order started - what's the point of asking what I'd like if you can't get to it for 10 minutes just to ask what I wanted again. I used to be a Subway gal but Jersey Mike's over the past year has definitely left a wonderful impression. During the safer-at-home orders, my family has been ordering from Jersey Mikes around once per month. The bread is incredibly soft and delicious. The ingredients always taste fresh. And unlike some sandwich places, the sandwiches do keep in the fridge fairly well for a couple of days. All-in-all, I'm a new fan and will continue to order from Jersey Mike's whenever I crave a nice quality sandwich. read more
