Just had the worst experience that I've ever had at Jersey mikes . My daughter is ordering her sandwich the worker asked do you want any other sandwiches I said yes not thinking she's making them both at the same time because we come here often and nobody ever makes our food at the same time ... The food is good, but the service is always a gamble. I've been here a couple of times now and the staff is easily the worst compared to the other food places in this plaza. They are slow, they don't know how to communicate, and all n' all, they don't seem to care about the customer. I'm generally patient, but I visited with a friend and I noticed the workers had a few orders out that they were handling. In which case, that's fine, but we don't get a greeting and there seems to be little to no awareness of which customer was up next. We stood there, waiting to place an order for about 15 mins. Once it was finally our turn, the woman behind the counter told us I'd be another 15ish mins for the grill. We weren't about to wait another 15, 30 mins total for a sandwich. Wasted time and we ended up eating somewhere else. This location severely needs to train their employees to at least the bare minimum of customer satisfaction... especially for the prices they expect for these sandwiches. read more

To whom it may concern, This is a review to let management be aware of an employee that is a liability. I visited the store today where an employee with a beard was making orders and I noticed the attitude he had. Every order was an inconvenience, every sandwich was made with anger, his tone irritated and his mannerisms spoke with an F** you. I've never watched a jersey Mike employee throw a knife down after making a sandwich or slam drawers after opening. It was jarring watching this guy. Even his fellow staff seemed scared of his behavior but yet they seemed used to it, like this was part of their routine. In the store you would think the two guys working would be working as a team yet the other guy steered clear of this walking rampage. They worked on opposite ends and didn't communicate much. One was calm yet timid the other was pacing making sandwiches like he just walked out of losing in the octagon. It was like watching a train wreck make sandwiches. This guy creates a bad environment for customers and staff. He needs to be retrained on customer service and working as team and learn to calm down. read more

This is second time I've had Jersey Mike's and it was really good. The location is new in the preserve parking lot area near the new Stater Bros. There's ample parking in a shared lot with other businesses. Very clean and new small store. I got the regular Philly Western Smoked cheeses sandwich on wheat bread. It was really good! It comes with lettuce, cheese, mayo, and choice of bread. You can add toppings if you want. The location is small, they had cold drinks, and fountain drinks. We we're giving coupons to try out the store again because we had a bad experience with the first sandwiches we got. This time it was worse. My daughter saved her sandwich for today opened it up in the first thing she saw was a hair hanging out from in the middle. I pulled it out, took a picture, and I sent it to the owner I believe. Ordered take out from Jersey Mikes while I was getting my hair done across the way and due to windy conditions was having trouble picking up my sandwich. This place is the worst!!! Placed an order for 1 regular sandwich at 5:43 pm with a pickup time of 5:57. My fiance walked in at the pickup time and the sandwich wasn't ready. She wasn't even greeted and when she asked about the order was told they're working on it. The 2 employees had no sense of urgency and once the sandwich was made, it sat there for 5 minutes till it was wrapped. Finally got the sandwich at 6:10 pm. 27 minutes for one sandwich when it's wasn't busy and we ordered ahead online. Customer service was horrible. Will never go back to this location. read more

This is a great location. My family and I have been waiting for a sub place to open closer to home! The kids here are great! Always so talkative which I can appreciate. I'm looking at these other reviews and I just can't imagine any of the people throwing fits or being upset. But everything is up to experience.
