I gave them a call and they had my part in stock and cheaper than online sites. Customer service was friendly and laid back, definitely not politically correct... but sometimes that's refreshing. The counter folks were helpful and informative, didn't upsell me on garbage, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the repair. We talked about what could be the cause of failure for the part I was replacing. That helped me realize maybe I should change another integral part out as well, which they had readily available at a great price too.
