The counter folks were helpful and informative, didn't upsell me on garbage, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the repair. We talked about what could be the cause of failure for the part I was replacing. That helped me realize maybe I should change another integral part out as well, which they had readily available at a great price too. It definitely wasn't an upsell as I was trying to determine the initial cause of the failure. Their explanation made me realize that I'd rather not chance another failure if avoidable.
