They fixed one and didnt here the other and left it. I paid about $200, wouldve paid a little over $700 if he fixed both. I took my car back the next day for the other side and they charged me $730 anyway. To be fair $70 was to also fix my back defroster, but If they had fixed the problems i addressed the first time it would have been about a hundred dollars cheeper than them over charging me to fix the problem later.

I can not say enough good things about Adam and his wife Brittney. Being from out of town, I…read moredidn't know who I would get to repair the source of my check engine light being on. They scheduled quickly and were even able to come a day earlier than expected. When the initial problem was fixed, my light had another code that would have been extensive and expensive. Adam must have felt my worry because he texted me the next morning saying he wanted to try another part at no extra cost. They came back immediately when they got the part and no more check engine light! But...my battery was dead. Adam jump started my vehicle, followed me to O'reilley, ensured I received their discount (the battery for my specific vehicle is super expensive) and even put it in for me. I really can't say enough about the customer service, even if I would've needed the extensive repairs, they have gone above and beyond.

Heidi called to verify what I wanted done and then texted when my car was ready. I was told 3 hours for the job and it took 3 hours No more leaks! I am very satisfied with the work. They are not inexpensive but it was still $100 less than what I was quoted elsewhere. One thing: if you're using Apple Maps, it took me 1/2-3/4 mile west of Smitty's and said I had arrived. Fortunately my brother was waiting for me and gave me directions. Don't trust Apple Maps‍

I've had really good luck with Smitty's so we took it by. Got a great phone call from them informing me I have at least 15,000 more miles on the brakes, the brake fluid looks just fine but due to the mileage, it is time for the transmission flush. So we went from $1100 a dealership to 350 at Smitty's. This kind of truthfulness from a mechanic shop is basically unheard of. Cannot recommend them enough.

Clint was unsure of the status of the vehicle since this was the first day it was online with no pictures or much of a description. Clint told me he would investigate and get back to me. My phone rang within 15 minutes he had found the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions and took a deposit on the phone. I live about 4 1/2 hours from the dealership but was able to make it down to Diffee two days later to find the vehicle just as described. Cleaned and ready to go. The finance guy couldn't have been better. What a great car buying experience. If you're looking for a Ford or Lincoln new or used give Clint a call and I'm wagering your experience will be a wonderful as mine.
