I just have to shout out the wonderful folks at Champro! I work for a large company and presented…read morethe team at Champro with a very complicated jersey order for a few hundred people and they delivered high quality products, completed multiple insane rush orders when we discovered employees and customers who'd mistakenly left themselves off the list, and were just so amazingly communicative with us throughout the entire process. I am so grateful for their top-notch customer service (and patience), as well as their willingness to meet all our crazy demands as changes on our end popped up last minute several times throughout the process. I especially want to thank Lisa and the JUICE art team. We love how our jerseys turned out and can't wait to finally showcase them at an event this weekend!

So happy to find this store. I procrastinated buying a leotard for my daughter. Of course, her…read moreschool has a very specific dress code. I rushed in during my lunch break, and the salesperson found what I needed immediately. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and the store seems to have a good selection -- they had the hard-to-find size my daughter needed.

They fitted shoes for my 3 yo and we ended up purchasing the entire outfit that she needed for her first class. As it turned out, one of her grandmothers purchased her outfit for her as a gift and when I went to return the unopened items we didn't need, I was told they didn't do refunds, only store credit. Here is my issue: my kid is 3. We are also not rich. I have no idea whether or not she will want to keep dancing after a year of it (or whether we will want her to). A store credit would be fine for committed dancers who go there on a regular basis. However, the $40 credit we now have is at a store we will likely not patronize again (especially now that I can get the same items for half as much at Discount Dance Supply) and could have been better used to help pay for a household bill. And unless I come in and use my credit, they will get twice as much for the things I returned (since I've already paid for them once). Shady. This is a disappointingly bad policy. Maybe come here for shoe fittings but honestly, I would recommend going to discountdance.com for what you need, especially for beginners. The prices and selection are much better and returns are allowed.

Shoe Selection: The over selection of sneakers is limited compared to the bigger stores also the quantity isn't as great. Although the quantity is limited somewhat compared to the bigger Footlockers, you could always order a shoe from another nearby Footlocker or you always have the option of having the sales associate calling another store and holding a pair of shoes for you as well. Overall Experience: The overall experience at this store is average. The sales reps are fine depending on who you get. Sometimes I find that some of the sales reps are just constantly chit chatting with other customers/friends of theirs when other customers are waiting for a sales rep for assistance. All in all this Footlocker is good to get in and get out if you know what you want. If you're deciding on a shoe or need great suggestions from sales reps at this store I would recommend deciding ahead of time.
