We spent a lot of time talking to Jerry, got along with him quite well. He installed one room, OK. Runner for the stairs? For some reason, he thought we wanted treads although we specifically stated several times we wanted a runner. Not only did he call me a liar when I said a runner, he charged us for the wasted material for HIS mistake. Dishonest, ignorant, and greedy. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Jerry has done several rooms in my home. Good pricing, Home Depot was a little cheaper but I would gladly pay a little more for the excellent service I receive. Installers were on point, quick and efficient. They show up on time and get in and out. Thanks! read more

Had issues with all the carpet he put in. Asked over several months to fix the problem, he kept on blowing me off. Finally some one came out and then wanted to charge me for something they caused. So u have no back up after the items are installed and doesn't care about customer service! Stay away ! read more
