I have been to Blessed barber salon on the Eastside of town and they did me right in the past. Pressed for time, I went to blessed barber salon on the Westside looking for that same type of service. Without fail, they took me as a walk-in and hooked me up just right. I walked out of there feeling like a new man. The service was through the roof and my line was well on point. I connected with Joey the stylist from Puerto Rico , and that jar can cut. I really enjoyed my time there. My usual barber don't know, if he keeps acting up I'm gonna have to make the switch. Aye Joey FYI you might be seeing me next weekend. Thanks guys. LY

This place didn't have a bunch of older men pulling your hair hard and giving you the traditional crew cut. Rather, it was stylish and clean with great vibes. They played great music, and I got a really good cut. I was cleaned up with a straight razor and this guy really cleaned my ol mug. I will return.

1 STAR If the goal…read morewas to give me three different haircuts at the same time, Ohair's absolutely nailed it. One area was cut way too short, another side was left noticeably longer, there was basically no fade, and the hairline was crooked. The haircut looked rushed, uneven, and unfinished. I pointed out the problems and asked for it to be fixed, but apparently the next customer waiting was more important than correcting the haircut I had already paid for. Instead of taking the time to make it right, the stylist seemed ready to move on. That was probably the most frustrating part. Mistakes happen, but refusing to properly fix them because another appointment is waiting is terrible customer service. Now I'm left waiting for the sections that were cut too short to grow back while I figure out who can fix the rest. I went in for a haircut, not a before-and-after project for another barber. Definitely not the experience I expected from a professional salon. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Ohair's.

Jessica is probably one of the cleanest barbers out there and does cuts for kids and adults in her chair. Every cut I've gotten from her, it has been nothing but compliments from friends, family, and strangers. The shop is so clean and I really appreciate it isn't trying to be a certain vibe but is more so focused on good times, laughter, and just a laid back atmosphere. With plenty of tvs around, you can find a game or show to zone out with (if talking to your barber isn't your thing). I appreciatte how the entire team at Capone's is super friendly and very welcoming. As someone who lives out of town, I legit plan my haircuts around my visits to EL Paso so I can get a haircut when I arrive and/or before I leave back to Austin. Here's to many more visits and some of the best priced cuts and quality service you'll find in EP. My fave thing though is that they offer beard cleanups and have a hair washing station so you can leave ready to go.

After searching around Yelp for hot minute I finally came across Kingsmen that seemed to check off the boxes for what I was looking for. The shop was super clean and very well kept. This is more of a cash only business, but they also accept alternative payment options like Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo based on your barber's preferred payment methods. Making a day of reservation was quite easy via their website and the cut went for $35 plus tip.

My son is very particular about his haircut and he found that each barber who has cut his hair at Kingsmen delivered exactly what he wanted. He typically pays around $25-$30. The only drawback is that the appointments take over an hour. Luckily, it's right next to Westside's 3rd Hole so the hubby doesn't mind taking our son so can grab a quick beer and appetizer next door. Definitely recommend.
