Don't even dare touch this place. Cut my sideburns uneven from eachother, asked for a fade and didn't get one, and I said leave the length long cut maybe half an inch, looked like almost 2 and the sides were uneven!!!! Recommend this place to your nieces and nephews if you want them to have an ego death, take them if you hate them. read more

DON'T book with Danielle, made my experience horrible, gave attitude the whole time and didn't cut my hair right what so ever.

I went in for a beard trim and won't be coming back. The barber only used clippers, didn't bother with a razor, and left my mustache hanging over my lip. The trim looked unfinished, and for the price they charged, it was way too expensive. Definitely not worth it. 9/23/2025 update I originally left a negative review because my beard trim felt unfinished--the barber only used clippers, skipped the razor, and left my mustache hanging over my lip. For the price, it simply wasn't worth it. To their credit, Alex the manager called me the same day to apologize and invited me back. He personally fixed the trim to the standard I expected and even offered me a full refund, which I declined. Thanks to his professionalism and attention to detail, I'll be returning--but only to Alex or someone he personally recommends. read more

My husband and I took our 2yo here. None of us had ever been to O'Hairs before. Our son hadn't gotten his hair cut in several months b/c he was so bad that the poor lady at the last place we took him couldn't even finish his cut. His hair was long and crazy. We decided to give O'Hairs a try after hearing good things, even for kids. Our son and the stylist did SO good!!! They have lots of fun cool stuff in there for everyone. Took my 2 boys for haircuts here and the hair stylists were nice, the establishment was clean and had fun games, but the quality wasn't what we wanted. Asked for a skin tight fade into a 2 on top for both boys... Definitely was NOT a fade, as the median area that is supposed to fade the lengths of hair together was excruciatingly obvious. Needless to say, we went elsewhere to have it "fixed"... only to decide we will continue to travel to Jay's Barber shop in AZ when they start looking "wolfy" again. ‍ read more

First time and last time I will be coming here. It took me 30 minutes or so to figure out my stylist didn't know what she was doing 100%. My suspicions were solidified when she needed assistance from a different girl who proceeded to give me a line up that pulled my hairline so far back it gave me a crescent moon shaped bald spot near my ear. I passed on the shampoo and style just to get out of this shop as fast as possible. I have lines in my fade and my bangs are now shorter than the hair on the crown of my head. Side note: My stylist's impromptu assistant was so busy helping her try to fix my head that she ended up getting awkwardly scolded by her next customer who she sat 10 minutes late. The place is posh and cool. I took my 7 yo son for a haircut. The lady was nice enough and communicate with me on what works for my kiddo's haircut, which I appreciated. I just didnt like how she didn't clean him up well in the end and sends us our way with hair all over his neck and back. I had to dust him off outside bc it was making him itchy. My family has been a customer of this barbershop for two years. We have been there dozens of times and they go through stylists constantly. Normally they are ok but they've had their problems. But today was the last straw. Booked a cut for my son on the weekend, and 30 minutes prior to the appointment they called to cancel. Apparently they double booked and had no more room on the schedule. They offered an appointment during the Super Bowl but that was the whole reason to go on Saturday. They offered nothing for the inconvenience. Frankly the girl in the phone was just plain rude. Done with this place. Stay away. They don't care about the customer. read more

I personally, owned and operated three hair salon in Santa Fe New Mexico 1980-1983, and was a Master Stylist for the Glenby International Salon at the Broadway in Albuquerque New Mexico. and have dreaded having to search out stylist and barber ever since. I was fortunate to find a lady in my church ministry from the east coast who did an amazing Roffler razor cut on me for several years, but she went back east leaving me to search out another stylist/barber. For years I tried many, but was never really satisfied until April 18, 2023, when I met Destiny at O'Hairs! Finally I felt totally pleased, elated and comfortable with the excellent cut she gave me. The next day I dressed for success and went in a civil law suite feeling like a champion. Even though I was not successful in court, I felt amazing, and carried myself with confident boldness and PIZZAZ! Thank you Destiny and O'Hairs for a GREAT EXPERIENCE! FYI! I appleade the verdict on April 24th and will retry the case in County court as I receive the court date. read more

I heard about this salon from a few friends of mine who told me I should take my son. Not only did he love his new do, but he thought the ambience was amazing. He got to play old school arcade games while waiting and was even given a root beer while his stylist was finishing up with the previous client. I have an extremely picky child...he's 14 and his hair is a big deal! He immediately sent pics to his friends and was excited to show his dad when he got home. Able to take me in as a walk in. I was all sweaty from the gym yet Katya gave me a precise quality haircut, shampoo and hot towel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. So what's the point of making an appointment if everyone is going to stand around and not attend to customers. My appointment was for 6:00 pm, I made the appointment on line, didn't ask for a specific stylist. At 6:20 I walked out. I saw two stylists there, one had a customer and the other just stood around. Wasted my time after a long day. Guess business is so good, they can select who they want to attend to. Customer service is a thing of the past. read more

I see everybody getting in but not me being singled out. That is bad service. I liked here for the way they do haircuts and treat you but to single me out for no reason and couldn't adjust. We had set up an appointment for 10 am this morning about a week ago. My son and I showed up and were told our stylist was not there and would not be there until 1 pm, or we could wait until availability opened. We were told there was another 10 am customer scheduled who was not there yet. If there are conflicting appointments, it should be first come, first served. We have been coming here for about two years but have noticed a decline in service and quality over the last year. This incident confirms it for me, and now it is time to seek haircuts elsewhere. I should say that stylists not being there, or other issues have occurred in the past, although we were always contacted to make a change before that date. For whatever reason, this process has not been happening lately. No doubt part of the reason I have an issue with the service level deteriorating. As a gift, I made an appt for my son for a 24mins *facescaping* - which is a beard service/shave with hot towel and facial massage. Alyssa was the requested chair. The service he received was a shave with the same electric razors he uses at home. Took her about 5mins. She then removed his drape, said "all done" and walked to the register for check out. It was his first visit, so he wasn't aware that he didn't actually receive the Facescaping service. His complaint was that she left patches on his neck - which he could fix at home. When we realized what happened - we called to speak to the Manager, which we were told is Alyssa. She apologized and said *She forgot*. How do you *forget* when it's the only beard service you offer??? She could not answer that question. When I told her she was losing 2 customers - she then proceeded to tell me that *Well, he got up and left*. Of course he did - she TOLD him she was finished and walked to the register. So not only did she not perform the service, he booked and paid for - she then decided to blame him for it? Beyond unprofessional. It also gives the appearance that she took advantage of a young adult, who didn't know better. After the fact, we then found out that they overcharged for the service, that she didn't even provide. If this is the service their Manager provides - I definitely won't be going back. read more

Awsome place, environment is nice, not your typical barber shop. Relax in nice couches and have a adult beverage while you wait. The girls are awesome, the barber I got took good care of me, loved the cut, loved that she conversed with me the whole time. The hair wash and face towel was relaxing. If your looking for somewhere nice and relaxing to go and get a great cut, I would recommend o hairs. Yea the price is up there but you get the full service, wait isn't long and it's in a nice area.
