1 STAR If the goal…read morewas to give me three different haircuts at the same time, Ohair's absolutely nailed it. One area was cut way too short, another side was left noticeably longer, there was basically no fade, and the hairline was crooked. The haircut looked rushed, uneven, and unfinished. I pointed out the problems and asked for it to be fixed, but apparently the next customer waiting was more important than correcting the haircut I had already paid for. Instead of taking the time to make it right, the stylist seemed ready to move on. That was probably the most frustrating part. Mistakes happen, but refusing to properly fix them because another appointment is waiting is terrible customer service. Now I'm left waiting for the sections that were cut too short to grow back while I figure out who can fix the rest. I went in for a haircut, not a before-and-after project for another barber. Definitely not the experience I expected from a professional salon. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Ohair's.

Haven't been on the weekend so I can't comment on that. What I like best about this place is that it is a man's place. There are no acrylic nails or perms or other girly stuff stinking up the place.

I actually feel great, look younger (according to my coworkers), and the lighting in the salon didn't have me staring at my wrinkles and bags for two hours thinking how not cute I was. I will be back and recommend this place. Finally found someone that does short hair beautifully! Armand did a wonderful job and I am soooo happy! Two other ladies were there while I was getting done and they both looked great. This is a professional, meticulous place. It took a while but now I see what a professional haircut can look like and I'll never go anywhere else. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!

Jessica is probably one of the cleanest barbers out there and does cuts for kids and adults in her chair. Every cut I've gotten from her, it has been nothing but compliments from friends, family, and strangers. The shop is so clean and I really appreciate it isn't trying to be a certain vibe but is more so focused on good times, laughter, and just a laid back atmosphere. With plenty of tvs around, you can find a game or show to zone out with (if talking to your barber isn't your thing). I appreciatte how the entire team at Capone's is super friendly and very welcoming. As someone who lives out of town, I legit plan my haircuts around my visits to EL Paso so I can get a haircut when I arrive and/or before I leave back to Austin. Here's to many more visits and some of the best priced cuts and quality service you'll find in EP. My fave thing though is that they offer beard cleanups and have a hair washing station so you can leave ready to go.

I went on an off day right after lunch hours on a weekday. Loved the atmosphere as you walk in, they have several TVs with ESPN on a good waiting area. Sam helped me out and she was courteous and had great customer service. Since it was my first time there she asked how I needed my haircut exactly and kept on asking if my cut fit my needs. I decided to get the XP and the tea tree shampoo was great. Overall, I loved the experience and I give it 5 stars because of the service, the cut and loyalty program.

This place is based off Walk ins and its sad to be ignored by the barbers waiting a few hours to just get a haircut. To top it off find out that your name was crossed out somehow and seeing people that show up after you, when your waiting two hours later, seeing them having an experience like if it was a fast food service for them get right into a chair for a cut right from entering that door. Your there like "ive been sitting here for two hours", i wrote my name on the list, and this dude that just walks in without signing anything gets acknowledge by the barber "ready?" What a joke to be honest. Sam sits on the chair on his phone while customers are waiting, Isaac mumbles names out like if you expect to hear him. (Say it with your chest), and the other guy is watching a movie while your getting your haircut LOL. I know Milo had to already go into this store and do some slapping around recently.
