Just the facts... Took vehicle in for dragging rear brakes…read more Diagnosis was need all new brakes. $1200. High, but OK, do it. Got it back, and brakes still dragging. Apparently needs new calipers. Another $800. No choice - do it. Caliper bolts not torqued properly. One fell out on the I-90 off ramp. Bang, bang, bang. Scary. They fixed it, but that was overall an expensive job to have it end in a brake failure. 1 star. They were courteous and did eventually fix the brakes. ...but I can't recommend, and will never go back to Marks.

I got yelled at by the owners wife. I was referred here by a reputable collision shop for an…read moreinsurance claim. I explained to them the issues I had. For the sake of time I will focus on one. My front springs are bent. On the side of the collision it is bent into the frame, on the other side it is bent away from the frame. Kittos told me that the springs were manufactured that way. After speaking with Ford, they informed that Ford in fact does not bend their springs and they even laughed at the idea that someone would think of something so foolish. Unfortunately by this time kittos had completed their report and it was sent in to my insurance claiming no issues from the collision, despite clear evidence. I called kittos to ask who claimed they were manufactured in such a way, and why. The way I worded it was, "I would like to speak with who made this claim and we can go over the same Mickey Mouse coloring book together, that he read that from, and he can show me how he came to that conclusion." At no time was I disrespectful to the young lady who answered the phone, whom I assume now is the owners daughter, this will make sense in a moment. I then get a call from the collision center, whom I still highly recommend, and got completely chewed out for "screaming at a little girl" and being "completely disrespectful" to the shop they use for mechanical issues. There were also more things said, but it was unfounded. While on the phone with him I get a call from the owners wife. She started yelling at me claiming I was extremely disrespectful to this young girl, and that i was yelling at her, and she had nothing to do with anything, despite her being the face of the company and the one who directly told me all of this. It sounded like a mother defending a toddler. I did end the conversation telling this woman who seemed to have been suffering from a hot flash to "go F herself". While I do apologize for that, I do believe she and her daughter and the owner and the technician who are beyond incompetent to figuratively do something of that nature. I hope the conversations were all recorded but this doesn't seem like a shop of people who take ownership for their actions. Springs don't come bent from the manufacturer, I never yelled at the product of nepotism answering their phones, I got chewed out by 2 people for making a comment about a coloring book, and now my insurance claim is even further backed up. So thank you kittos, for being such a major inconvenience
