If that doesn't say quality, i don't know what does... i reviewed because i am getting ready to book a new tire appointment and didn't see a review that reflected my experiences with them. Had to have belt replaced roadside, and it is extremely loud due to the old belt melted in the pulleys. Priority 1 denied any fault and said it was the alternator. Let me tell you all the things that were found when they started taking apart the engine, along with the things they said they replaced. They said they replaced the spark plugs, that was a lie. The spark plugs were loose. They said they replaced the distributor, that was a lie. There was a bolt missing to the starter. And the bracket to the starter had zero bolts. They were suppose to do all new gaskets. That was a lie. The timing chain gasket was never done. The valve cover gasket was never done. And the bolts were loose on the bell housing. I guess we will see how much more damage they caused as they tear this engine down and put a different one in. My husband drove his truck for one week. And over $5k. And now we're are putting more money into a different engine. Overall poor quality in their mechanic skills. Never again.

I had a very hard time believing that so we told them I was coming to pick her car up with a trailer the following weekend. They then tell us that they will be charging like $20 a day for the car to sit in their lot. Long story short, we had AAA tow it from their shop to the one I work at in Norwalk. They had told us that oil was everywhere under the hood and the motor was toast. I checked it out and found coolant everywhere, not oil. I then found that the water pump had locked up causing the timing belt to melt and shred itself which ultimately caused the motor to jump time and not run. I spent a little over $200 on a timing belt kit and fixed the car no problem instead of listening to their nonsense and putting a whole new motor in it which would have cost thousands!

(Sorry) But I just…read morehad such a positive experience with Deery Toyota this weekend I wanted to be sure the word gets out. These guys are good! One of the worst experiences in road travel is having vehicle problems when you are hundreds of miles from home. I left home having just discovered a headlight out and figured I just survive until returning home. But driving through Cedar Falls, I realized that *both* lights were out, and I decided to take a chance on a dealership instead of just hitting a parts store. But Deery's service department took care of me as quickly as I drove up to the bay. I began to worry though, when the wait reached an hour. I found that they had tested the headlight replacement as a diagnostic and found that there was a whole fuse panel dead. And even the high-beam bulbs were not working. The tech spent *another* hour digging around under the hood and eventually found a bare wire that had shorted out - and in a couple more minutes all was well again. Of course in the meantime, my original high-beams had been picked up by the "garbage collector" and they had to leave the replacement bulbs in the vehicle. Mark pointed this out to me where the letters NC - no charge - appeared on the bill. Yes, it was a little more pricey than a simple bulb replacement, but not unreasonable for the assurance that my Camry would be running properly for the rest of the trip. And all the time spent in the waiting room showed me a dealership that cares about its customers. Keep up the good work, folks! And thanks!
