Jerry initially charged me $250 for a sew-in service. However, 10 minutes before the appointment ended, Jerry attempted to charge me $370. I was disappointed with the final results because Jerry had guaranteed the service but did not deliver. I specifically requested a versatile sew-in, a particular style, and a layered haircut, none of which I received. It has been a month since the service, and I've had to get it redone. The closure was not laid properly, there was no side part, and no foundation was applied to the closure to make it look more natural. The stylists who redid my hair informed me that the layers were uneven, the closure had no part, and it was plucked incorrectly, resulting in bald spots. Additionally, I did not receive a hair wash prior to the sew-in process. She's nice but poor service. read more
