After 3+ months of healing, they sent me to a regular dentist for the teeth to be inserted at an additional cost that more than doubled my total!! Plus that dentist told me that the implants were in the wrong place. I had to go through the entire process again--3 to 4 more months. Because the repair was at "no charge" I decided to have it done with them. The surgeon never checked to make sure the top aligned with the bottom. It's been several years and I'm still having jaw problems. My smile is lopsided. All future dental work has to accommodate his mistake. And I tell EVERYONE what happened. Other employees were really nice and professional.

I rolled in a tad late (okay, five minutes, don't judge), and she welcomed me with a smile instead of a side-eye. Then there's Joslyn, the dental hygienist extraordinaire, who cleaned my teeth and took X-rays with such charm I thought I was getting a facial, not a checkup. She's so friendly, I nearly forgot I was at the dentist--almost booked her for my next birthday party!Dr. Zenz? The man's a dental wizard. He walked me through my X-rays and crafted a plan for my pearly whites' future like he was plotting a blockbuster movie. And the tech? Oh, they've got gadgets so slick, NASA's probably jealous. A special thank you to Dr. Bahareh for making every appointment such a positive experience. Her bedside manner was warm, kind, and extremely pleasant. She was constantly checking in on me, making sure I was comfortable, and genuinely cared about my needs throughout each procedure. I always felt like I was in good hands and never felt rushed or dismissed. Having three root canals in such a short period of time could have been a very stressful experience, but Dr. Bahareh's professionalism, compassion, and care made all the difference. I've never had a dental experience this positive, and I truly couldn't recommend her and her team more.

I do not recommend this place…read more I had orthodontic treatment here for two years. Throughout my treatment, I experienced ongoing pain, but I trusted that it was part of the process. Even after I finished treatment, the pain never went away. My jaw also started clicking every time I opened and closed my mouth. I returned to the clinic for help, but I was told there was nothing they could do because I was no longer their patient. As my symptoms continued to get worse, I sought opinions from other doctors. Eventually, I went to Mexico, where I had a CT scan. The scan showed that my jaw was crooked, and I was told I needed corrective jaw surgery. The specialists there explained that, in their professional opinion, the problem was caused by improper orthodontic treatment and that my braces had only masked the issue instead of correcting it. As a result, I had to undergo major jaw surgery. This experience has been physically painful, emotionally stressful, and financially costly. I trusted this office with my care, but when I returned with serious complications, I felt abandoned instead of supported. I also encourage people to be cautious when reading the reviews. During my treatment, the office offered free coffee gift cards in exchange for leaving a positive review. That made me question whether the online ratings accurately reflect patients' genuine experiences. This is my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision before choosing this office.
