Ive been in this rehab for seven years. It is like some kind of weird christian science cult. And you are not allowed to leave.

HUMANMADE has recreated the same concept as TechShop, but it's MUCH cleaner, organized and with even better machines. On top of that, it's in San Francisco! Other maker spaces I've been to are good at what they offer, but HumanMade is definitely in a league by itself. Everything is so new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff and volunteers are great for scheduling, advice, and people in general. For the monthly cost, it's less expensive than buying your own machines, then storing and maintaining them. Classes are offered to learn to use the machines which include: laser cutters, CNC, woodshop, Shopbot, industrial sewing, vinyl cutting, 3D printing, CAD programs, and a lot of other skills! I highly encourage creatives to check this place out.

After I was kicked out, they refused to refund my membership fee and locker fee, but continued to charge me monthly rent and locker fees until I updated my credit card. And they refused to accept all of my emails, even though they were very important to me.

Today I feel so great because of I passed My CNA at Providence School…read more I want to say a little about my experience. First, English is my second language so i have more difficult to learn and study for me. So i had to do extra efforts and i had attended regularly to class and went to the clinical also. So I got different environment and experiences. And the School pushed so many exams to practice every week after teaching. I had to do over 1000 questions and work book also. And I failed 10 exams and i had to retake again all failed exams. During the written test and Skills test demonstration at school, I got so tired and so nervous. And i was so worry although i had a lot of practices. But today I passed my written test and skill test with super easily. As soon as i answer in written test I went to say "Thanks a lot " to Mrs. Priscilla. I know she did super teaching and detailing to me. Sometimes i mad at her because of she pushed a lot everything not to forget in State exam and reminded again and again. But i misunderstand to her. Today I super Thank to her for polishing a part of my life. Now i confident myself to do a new job about health care in anywhere. And another thanks to her lovely hubby Jimmy and her son for teaching patiently to me in skill test again and again. And next Thanks to my friend Kyin Nar Aye who is old Provident student and she recommend to choose this school. So I would like to recommend you to choose this School correctly if you really interest Health Care field. You will appreciate this school. Thanks.

What truly stood out was learning about the company's history as a family-owned small business that has been operating for several years. I strongly support local businesses, and their dedication warmed my heart. They offer other services, and I highly recommend them

I took my CNA skills test here and the evaluator was really nice and calm. It was my second time…read moretaking the test and I didn't really have a good first time but all I can say is that this place really the BEST place to take ur CNA Skills test. The way they are set up you can tell they DO want you to succeed whilst keeping the credentia standard. The only issue was it took a long time for students but personally for me i thought it was a good thing because each student was NOT being rushed and told to hurry up. They took their time with students and gives you a bit of time to think if your mind goes blank. Although make sure to remember to breathe and focus when you are taking your CNA exam. For Future CNA Test Takers GOODLUCK!!

I graduated from this school in September 2025 and was promised assistance with externship…read moreplacement. After waiting several months, I was finally contacted about an externship opportunity in South San Francisco. I explained that I had already relocated to Fairfield and requested placement closer to where I currently live. Shortly afterward, the school owner called me again regarding the review I had made about my experience. During the conversation, she stated that she did not appreciate my comments and that another staff member had informed her about them. The tone of the call felt confrontational and unprofessional. When I explained that my REVIEW reflected my personal experience and that I was not the only student who had expressed similar concerns, I felt dismissed and was told, "I am talking about you!." As a student, I believe feedback whether positive or negative, should be received professionally. My comments were based on my experience with the lengthy delay in securing an externship placement after graduation. I expected a constructive discussion rather than feeling criticized for sharing my honest experience.

We wanted to continue and asked about other options. They offered a semi-private option, but they then tried to up-charge us more money to continue and nickeling and diming us the entire interaction. We had wanted to stay, but they clearly did not value our business when they made little attempt at retaining us or offering other alternatives. Seems like they just wanted to give us the refund to get us out of their hair and Instead they took that as an opportunity to try to get more money out of us. Kiddo loved the classes, but service and accountability was not there, super disappointing.

Allen the manager will evaluate if it's a fit for your child to attend the school. He told us this is something serious, they don't want you wasting their time and your money too. My daughter has been coding since she's 8 with them. She's 12 now and still enjoys doing it. She was able to continue her lessons during pandemic over Zoom. They are very accommodating. I told him we might be moving, she might need to do remote again. He's willing to work with us on that should we need it. If you can't make a lesson, just give them 24 hours notice, then you won't be charged. My husband and I don't code, we don't help my daughter out. Sometimes she would get a little homework, because I ask for it. Overall you get your money's worth and everyone there is super nice too. The place is clean too.
