When he couldn't fit the large job in his schedule in the next 2-3 weeks, he volunteered to come out and paint our nursery that weekend on his own time so that we could get that room situated before the arrival of our baby. He came back to us that same day with a fair quote and was very responsive and friendly with the several follow-up questions we asked in the next days. His brother Dominic and other employee, Blake, were the ones that actually did the work in our home over the course of 9 days. They started by removing some wall paper and then spent numerous hours filling countless holes and cracks in our walls and ceilings. They tried to seal off the areas they were working in in order to minimize the dust as much as possible. They were very diligent at filling all the cracks and holes and smoothing them out so that they were no longer visible. They did several ceilings, a few bedrooms, trim, a living room, kitchen, and hallways, including two staircases. We actually added to the scope of work a couple of times and they were very accommodating. As we were working from home the entire time they were doing the job, we saw first hand how hard they worked throughout the day. They even came back for an extra couple of hours one day to make sure a blemish was fixed. They really went the extra mile, giving it their all and the results showed. We are very happy with how everything turned out! On top of a great outcome, it was a pleasure having them in our home. They were very respectful and friendly, and did a better job of cleaning up at the end of each day than any other contractors we have had in our home. This was our first project with Lee and Finest Fix…read more I sent out a quote request via Yelp Projects and Lee got back to me on the same day with their rate of $95/hr + materials. I inquired on how long the job would take based on pictures I sent over, and he replied "an hour max, and it will probably be a couple screws and glue" Communication was OK overall. Lee contacted me on a Monday and asked for the address, email and phone number and asked about my availability for the remainder of the week. I didn't receive a response to my reply, so I had to follow up the next day. We were able to get the job scheduled for the same Friday and his team came to complete the project utilizing a lockbox we provided. I didn't receive any updates during the job, which probably would have helped the surprise of the invoice I later received that was $232.35 when I was expecting something closer to $100 based on our first conversation. Lee did promptly reply and let me know that they thought they would hit a stud but since there was nothing, the job was more complicated as they had to create the support. Overall, still a solid experience and I would still consider using Lee and Finest Fix in the future.

Vince started out great . He was communicative and on time. Admittedly my walls needed lots of…read moresanding and I was using multiple colors . He said he could do it. He gave me a very good price. Initially, he took time to cover the floor in the kitchen and the steps and the painting began after the sanding. I never knew what time he started as I went to work and trusted him with my key but sometimes he stayed till after 6pm. At one point he told me he had gotten some paint on the electrical and light covers and that he would replace them all for free. For whatever reasason, the covers that were already on the wall he threw some of them away. The job was pretty much finished but there were some spots that he missed and I asked him to come and correct him. He agreed. There was also one wall I wanted to repaint because I didn't like the color and I asked him to paint the closet door. I had already paid for the job in full and I had no problem paying him another $150 which is asked for to pain the door and wall. After he did the wall and painted the closet door I come home from work (he put all of my jackets that were in the closet and placed them on the couch as the closet door dried, no problem with that at all) I notice that a coat was missing. I texted and ask him if he seen my coat. He avoided me for about a day and then told me he got paint on it and took it home to try to get the paint off. I was more upset that he just didn't tell me that then about the coat. So I said well I will pay your $100 for the extra work since the coat cost me $50 I also asked him to bring me the coat back (I had gloves in the coat) and to also bring me my key back. The job was completed at the time. On his own he said he will bring me my coat, key and put the covers on the wall. As of today, January 20, 2026 he has not. Now I have to go out and by covers for something I never asked him to do and I can'and get a new lock, Though I trusted him to have my key when he was working (reluctantly) I still don't want some dude out there with my house key. Vincent is nice guy but I think he may have gotten overwhelmed by the job. I ended up with a lot of paint on the floor and on my steps. There are still spots that look like there was only one coat used instead of two and overall after everything is said it done I am not happy with the experience. The paint job came out ok but it could have been better if he continued to communicate like he did when he was trying to get my job. I also didn't appreciate that he used my vacuum to clean up and my paper towels. You are are business you should have your own equipment.

It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.
