    I expected better from AAA…read more What I experienced was not just poor customer service -- it was a systemic failure in quality assurance and accountability. Over the past year, my insurance premiums have increased by nearly 30% annually. When I contacted AAA for a clear explanation, representatives could not provide a transparent, data-driven reason for the increases. Vague phrases like "market adjustments" were repeated, but no one could break down what specifically justified such significant hikes. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was repeatedly transferred into unrelated call queues or different departments. It became clear that escalation was being avoided rather than facilitated. That is not how a reputable organization handles customer concerns. Additionally, I inquired about discounts that should reasonably apply -- including veteran-related benefits, proximity to a fire hydrant (within 20 feet), and a five-minute fire department response time. These were either dismissed, vaguely addressed, or not honored without meaningful explanation. Insurance depends on trust and transparency. Customers deserve clear answers, consistent policies, and representatives empowered to resolve issues -- not redirect them. I hope AAA leadership reviews call recordings, strengthens quality assurance oversight, and implements real accountability. Loyal customers should not have to fight for clarity.
