Roberta and Brandi won't return your call. Secondly, they don't give a rats ass to keep your business. I have two vehicles an renters with them and they didn't bother to help me out. Instead of them helping me out Brandi used the receptionist to deliver all her messages, she has a shitty attitude and just turned me away twice after I was trying to clear my name over a driver I had on my policy. I don't recommend this agent or office. I regret moving my policy to this office.

I had been dreading the process of setting this up, but Vivian (a member of Diana's team) made it so easy. I called mid-morning and Vivian was able to get everything processed in a single day (with my previous agent, adding renters insurance took three days!). In addition, Vivian coordinated getting proof of my renters insurance to my landlord. Then, when my landlord had questions Vivian and Monalisa (another member of Diana's team) handled conversations with him. I was anxious to get a copy of my renters declaration form. Vivian knew this, so she reached out to me over the weekend via text to let me know it was processed. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service she provided. I feel good knowing that if I have an issue with my car or my apartment that I have Diana and her excellent team in my corner.

It is the people who are always there, in the background of your life, that you rarely think of that affect you the most. The people that you rarely think of, but are going to go to bat for you when you need them no matter the time or day. I speak on experience because Larry and his office worked through Christmas several years ago to take care of me and my children after an auto accident. I felt as if they were my family with how important they made me feel. I never felt like a burden to them. That probably seems odd to say, but I say this from the truth of my situation. I am sure to most people insurance agents are rip off agents only out to make a dime or dollar. However, Larry and his representatives are truly wonderful people who care deeply about their clients. That rings clear in the tenor of all their voices. There is never a time I call, even to make a payment, when I don't get a nice conversation with someone who feels like an old friend. They always ask about my husband and kids. They utilize every possible discount and know all the curves to insurance. I never really use Yelp and haven't had to file a policy in years so the question as to why write a review now? Well, I just got off the phone with one of their employees after making a premium payment. A woman named Josie and felt propelled to write a review. To often you hear about companies or people when something bad has happened, but they should be recognized just for being FANTASTIC, all of them. It never fails who I reach I feel that I matter. NO question is too small. They are always willing to work with me. Even when our finances got very tight with my health decline they did everything they could to make sure we stayed with them and kept our full coverage because they understand that we cannot afford to purchase another car if ours is totaled. I wanted to write this review because I see several doctors a month and deal with lots of office managers due to that and nurses and well doctors. So I have come to realize most people just do their job. They are nice and there is nothing wrong with just doing your job, but when you find someplace where everyone goes so far above and beyond to the point where sometimes you just want to call because you know you will get a smiling voice on the other end that is a company that deserves a 25 star review, but alas 5 is all I can give. The truly are leaps and bounds above any other countless companies I have to pay monthly. A Lucky Loyal Patron of Larry Kardaras and his office, broker for Farmer's Insurance ~Taren~
