This goofball sent a 97 dollar balance to collections without even calling me. We're talking over a…read more30-60 day period. I was under the impression that the balance had been paid. Plus was in the middle of a move to another state. I get an email or two about the issue, think it's resolved and then boom--comes after my credit rating of 820+ with this nonsense. It is a rare thing for me to miss a payment on anything but this dude didn't have the courtesy to pick up the phone and tell me. Goes after destroying my credit for absolute nonsense money. Well I paid the "massive" debt immediately yet now I'm getting calls from collection agencies and credit score took a giant dive. 97 dollars. Unreal. Totally regret giving this man my business.
