They had everything wrapped up in about a week, which is impressive, especially with how often it rains in Miami (taking into account the paint work). Even with the weather they stayed on track and made sure my car was ready, clean, and good to go. I worked with Manny and Richard -- both were knowledgeable, responsible, and easy to work with. The pricing was fair, and what I really appreciated was how reliable they were. Every time I called they answered, and when they said they'd call back, they actually did -- which is rare in Miami. No hassle, no runaround, just solid work and great service. Highly recommend

Such a great experience!…read more These folks are as good as they're made out to be on the radio... they really do pay the max! Before I reached out to autobuy, I was anxiously waiting for carvana to pickup my car. Frustrated with the long hold times on carvana's end, I reached out to autobuy. I received a call to schedule my appraisal within minutes of submitting my inquiry. The associate on the phone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She was able to book me for a same day appointment. As soon as I arrived into the cutler bay location, I was greeted immediately. Omar quickly attended me and took my car out for a spin. They not only matched but exceeded my carvana offer. I brought my car back the following day and received a check on the spot! Took less than 24 hours start to finish! Exceptional service, very friendly staff! Fully transparent process. If you're looking to sell your car, autobuy is the only way!

Turns out they had access to my carmax and carvana's prior offers and wanted to work off of that instead of giving me a fair offer from scratch. Will never Recomend them, they wasted 30min of my time that I can't get back. They also purposely let my vehicle get boxed in so I would stay in the negotiating table with them thinking I couldn't leave. But they were wrong, It took every parking skill I had from when I was a valet parking guy to carefully maneuver my vehicle out of their lot on a rainy day. NEVER AGAIN!! They're absolutely the worst!! FYI Carvana would have been a good choice over these guys in retrospects. I have to think that the people Giving 4 & 5 stars either don't know when they are being taken advantage or friends & family members doing them a favor. Nevertheless I would pay attention to the lower star reviews if I where you, wish I would have.

There are tons of mechanics; yet around the water cooler, your peers are still asking "do you have…read morea good/trusted mechanic?" Unfortunately mechanics are relegated to up-selling; just the nature of the trade, at the expense of a general public that doesn't know a great deal about automobiles. Julian, while being very family-orientated, completely changes the narrative with his approach centered around his Client. After having my car stop on me the day before, I had the decision of towing to a general public me mechanic, the ones mentioned earlier on every corner, but I still texted my circle about a "trusted" mechanic to which nobody can confidently recommend. I came across JM on Yelp and Facebook. Without many reviews, but a focus on his family in his photos, I can just feel I was getting someone honest. After towing to my house, JM is a mobile mechanic, so he makes the trek to where his client is, hailing from Miramar myself, Julian trekked from homestead to diagnose my car. In fact, fighting through an extra hour of traffic that couldn't be accounted for. While I had reservation of him being able to work so late in the evening, Julian was right at home from his remote office; pitch black, during a light shower no less, Julian began probing and tampering to diagnose and find a solution. After him and I proved our hypothesis of needing a new starter solenoid, Julian went to his "office" and started chasing the right product and proceeded to handle the repair under a couple hours while I was able to stay in my living room. Adaptability was on display, when for some reason a manufacturer solenoid was not fitting correctly; resilient and creative, him and I were on the same page to file down the metal border for it to work. Sure enough, after an extra hour of labor, the car was running great. Highly recommend anybody to check him out; while I don't hope to see him a lot; I am thankful I have someone trusted I can rely on when the eternally inconvenient auto repair rears it's ugly head again. I received a call from them a day after the repair to make sure everything went well, again a very committed group to their clients.
