They're a small run family business but I'd reccomend them 10/10 times No tow is gonna be cheap let's be real but these guys are good at what they do and they've earned my loyalty and my 5 stars

Ted & Stan's Towing Services provides an awful service. The ETA, to begin with was more than and…read morehour long and on top of that it took 2 more hours for the truck to arrive at my location. The driver lies about the ETA all the time, every time I called to get and update on where he was he said he was going to be there in 30 minutes or 15 minutes. I called On Star around 8:55 PM and got picked up around 12:40 AM. This is not even a "fair" service. Worst experience ever. I rather pay overpriced that have this service again. That day I lost more than $200 because I was unable to get to a concert because the towing truck took forever to get to us. These are some of the very serious deficiencies from Ted & Stan's: - Lies to the customer about their ETA - Won't answer the phone. I had my boyfriend to call him because he won't pick up when I called. - Arrived and didn't introduce himself. I had to approach him and ask if he was the person I was waiting for. His reply: "Do you think I would come and pick up your car just like that?" - The truck smelled like marijuana. Can't say he was consuming but the smell doesn't come from the air. Honestly, it was a really stressful night and your service didn't make it easier.

The arrival was quick and the transportation of the vehicle to my home was great. It was what happened after. Staff who transported my vehicle, sent me an unsolicited and unwanted picture of his penis. This is extremely unprofessional and degrading for any woman to have to be subjected to receiving this. I have children. My children occasionally use my phone. I cannot begin to imagine if they would have opened that message. This is abuse of your services and harassment. The name Richard Puentes came up on my phone for the caller ID. Richard is lucky I am not legally pursuing this and needs to be made aware how severe sending a photo of that nature is.
