Here are the major problems I experienced at this clinic:…read more Extremely poor communication -- phone calls and voicemails often went unanswered for days. Lack of aftercare information following my spinal stimulator trial (including no info about antibiotics I was prescribed). Internal miscommunication -- the doctor arrived to remove trial leads that had already been removed by techs. Multiple scheduling errors, including attempts to reschedule my appointment due to their mistake. No follow-up contact after surgery -- not even a check-in call. Unprofessional and concerning care during in-office procedures (e.g., IVs being mishandled). My Story (if you care to read it): I began seeing this doctor about six months ago for severe back and leg pain due to a spinal injury. After an unsuccessful surgery through Overlake Hospital, I was referred to this clinic to explore other options -- we decided to try a spinal cord stimulator. The initial visits were okay -- paperwork was handled, authorizations came through -- but the clinic's lack of communication quickly became obvious. I'd call and leave voicemails and wouldn't hear back for days. During my stimulator trial, I wasn't given any aftercare instructions. I only learned I was supposed to be on antibiotics a week later while picking up an unrelated prescription. Thankfully, I didn't get an infection. Things got more alarming when the doctor came into the room ready to remove the trial leads -- which had already been removed by the techs. That miscommunication didn't inspire confidence. Even though I had serious concerns about the clinic's professionalism, I moved forward with surgery because I was desperate. I was relieved to learn the surgery would be performed at a hospital -- not at the clinic -- since I felt much safer in a hospital setting. Since the procedure, no one from the clinic has contacted me to follow up or check in. The only call I received was to try to reschedule an appointment -- because they messed up the original one. I left this experience feeling unheard, uncared for, and entirely disappointed. I wish I had better things to say, but I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking competent, compassionate care.

Our first appointment he checked my feet and showed me how to use KP to tape it right up. I also a toenail and had a blood blister on another from a hike before I went to see him. He helped take care of the blood blister and prescribed something to help my toes grow back. From there, he did an ultrasound to see how tight everything was and recommended me to a physical therapist. He also fitted me for custom insoles that I can wear with any shoe. I just went in for my annual follow-up today and ordered more insoles. His staff is also phenomenal! From the receptionist to his medical staff, everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Definitely recommend coming here if you need a podiatrist!

When the numbing medication wore off she was in a tremendous amount of pain. Nothing we did would relieve it. I called the office and found they didn't have any way to reach their office nights and weekends...they did procedures and didn't even call to see how my daughter did after having a very painful procedure done. I do NOT recommend .
