Well let me start by saying the salon is comfortable nice and clean I was impressed with the decor…read more On my first visit I started having concerns when my nail tech left me 3 times to take a call and 3 different nail techs stepped in just to sit in his seat until he returned. My cuticle was a mess when I walked in so I asked for a manicure with my full set, well he didn't cut my cuticles until after he polished my nails so I left looking like I needed a refill, made no sense to me. On my second visit I had a nail tech that barely looked up at me never mind interacted with me, my nails have been popping off everyday since I'm confused to why I paid 70 bucks for a refill. The work was rushed and sloppy, I will be reaching out to complain, let's see what the response will be, if they'll stand by their work or if they'll give two shits
