We made a call to Lake Gaston HVAC and set up an appointment for when we would be back to the lake. He worked around our schedule and and showed up earlier than planned. His knowledge of the systems was incredible as I was just trained in the history of my insufficient unit I had in place. He provided me with two options of which my wife and I went with option 2. Option 1 was to refull the freon again, which should not be leaking. We bought a new unit and air mover. We knew it was time but we were not ready last year. So, we set up a date and time. The install went without any issues and we were up and running with peace of mind. I highly recommend Pat and LAKE GASTON HVAC, which I have already done to my neighbor. Thank you!!!!

I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. This was not a particularly easy job since our heater was a small system (~32 gal.) in the storage area of a converted attic room. Ray did a fantastic job, he explained everything he was going to do, and did it really well, and was friendly throughout. I recommend them (him) highly and without reservation. I'll also comment that we've had Miller's come out to do some electrical work and to clean out our septic tanks and were just as happy with their work.

Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

Called before arriving and arrived on time, and took care not to track mud in. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.
