I've been to Jenny's before and I've had great experiences. I guess I just went at the wrong time the shape is not at all what I wanted I asked for square and to me they look like duck nails. They are very thick. I love that she tried to get the design right but it again is not what I wanted. I love the color and the French tips are good. They are also very bumpy and uneven. The place overall though is very welcoming. Im not sure what her name was. These are my birthday nails and I hate them . Be careful. read more

I was getting nails done for hoco and they look nice it's just she cut past my cuticles to my fingers and made cuts and didn't even check. She made one of my fingers bleed while on the pinky she filed too hard and now there's cuts. You would think that they would notice when they cut you and they would check up on you but she never did. I would recommend for decent nails but I wouldn't go again because of all these cuts. Also place is somewhat dirty, they don't clean their tools. read more

I have been going to Lucia for over a decade with Jenny's Nails and I love her and the whole group! We understand eachother. We both work long hours and there's no need for small talk some days. I can come in with an inspirational picture or just a color and she nails it. Orrrrrr I can come in with a HORRIBLE set of nails because I went with a different shop because everyone was booked (proms), a friend wanted me to go, or I was out of town and bless her sweet soul Luc fixes me! Yesterday was just that! Jenny's doesn't get that love they deserve. Lucy does an amazing job!! But!! I also absolutely recommend Jackie and Tim for acrylics and powder dip as well. I just have trust issues with my personal stylist/technicians (I love you Luc!! ). When Lucy is booked and I am a walk in (because those who know me... know I am terrible with appointments...) The color I picked was a sparkly coral and these did not come out sparkly at all. Same with my daughter's who picked a sparkly pale pink. We got these done in time for a weekend getaway at a swimming resort. 2 days into the trip- and only 1 day into swimming- 2 of my GEL TOENAIL POLISH was gone. Less than 5 days into the trip- all of my daughter's were gone. On their behalf, we came in a half hour before close (we didn't know the hours), but if you can't take the time to do it right- just say no. This was $100 for both pedicures with tip and was the worst and shortest lasting pedicure I ever got. My heels are still drier than normal and I'm glad I didn't ask for a design (didn't want to be rude asking after coming late). I won't return to this location. Gel normally lasts whether I'm in the pool or in salty beach water. read more

I came here just because I broke the dip off of my nail while at work. So I was just going to get the one nail repaired but they didn't have the matching color so I ended up having to get a full new set. They were great. Very friendly and their prices are good. I will definitely come back while I'm in town for my nails and I'm excited to try their pedicures! I did the dip and it was $30. read more

I love this place! I actually live in St. Louis, and my grandmother lives in Centralia. We take her to get her nails done every few weeks. My mother and i recently started getting our nails done there as well too (we got bored waiting for her a couple of months ago lol) Anyway, the way they treat my grandma alone is worth 5 stars. She is in a wheelchair, and well, needs special assistance. Tom will usually get the door when he sees us pull up. They will almost always bump her up to the front as she can't be out for too long (she like 83- but she likes her hat and nails done) She has a tendency to have shaky hands due to her age, and her nail tech knows this, and takes his time getting her nails just right-it takes time. I also love the way they treat my mother. She is....PICKY, and they do their best to get her nails perfect! Lastly, I love the way that even though we aren't from Centralia, they know us by name, and know what we like! I don't remember my tech's name, but she is AWESOME! I wouldn't even put a one star if I could, this place was the WORST! I'm from out of town, visiting family and the customer service was terrible. The pedicures are horrible, they don't even do a mediocre job at it. My sister decided she didn't want to get one after all and they yelled and got mad at her because they were loosing a service. Very careless about your personal belongings, flinging your items around almost hitting you and ripping your purse. Please DO NOT go to this place it's not worth the 25.00. read more
