This place is absolutely amazing I got a mani pedi put in not posting my toes online lol. They gave me exactly what I wanted and asked. They were also gentle which is hard to find around centralia. They were all so sweet and welcoming. I will most definitely be coming back. The overall experience was awesome. Stop here if you don't know where to go you will not be disappointed. read more

We were passing through on our trip and needed my nails done. I found J A Nails on Yelp and called. Ben was great! I got my nails dipped and a pedicure. The whole staff was friendly and actually pretty funny. I liked Ben, but it looked like all the other staff were great too. It was hopping on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30. As a truck driver you get your nails done where and when you can. This place is right across the street from the Pilot. I went in with a design for my nails. In the process of getting my nails soaked off the guy broke my nails and replied with sorry. As he proceeded to do my nails he couldn't find the colors of the picture and got a attitude and handed me off to the owner. I sat for twenty minutes because she was helping someone else and stopped to finish my nails. If you're use to getting your nails done a certain way only allow the owner to do your nails as she was the one that rectified the situation. read more

Got these nails a few months back. The lady didn't ask me how long I wanted them I only told her that I wanted them almond shaped. She gave me a few cuts near my nails and just was acting like she just wanted to be done for the day. read more

My sister scheduled an appointment today for 3 sets of acrylics for the three of us. My little sister and I walked in a little later than the appointment time but they could squeeze in the appointment as walk-ins. We sat in the chairs as they asked my older sister who were the others in the appointment because there were a couple of women in the other chairs. She told him that it was me and my little sister. He denied me service because I'm a male and told my sister that his wife was the only one that could do guy's nails. They took the people who came in after us to do their nails while he told her that. I don't see how someone only specializes in men's nails and how nail techs cannot do unisex nails. I was also told that I was given dirty looks by the man doing my sister's nails while waiting. Not only that, she went back for a refund after we left because they did a horrible job with her acrylics. He then proceeded to rip her acrylics off and clipped her nails too short to the point she was in pain. That was the single most worst experience I had EVER had inside a business and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. read more

He used nothing to scrub my feet& hit an attitude when questioning him about what he was going to use. He looked at me like I was crazy for asking. He said it was in the water but, it was plain H2o.
