Several minutes went by and none of the three employees walking back and forth bothered to greet us, say "We'll be with you in a moment", or even make eye contact. I was not in the mood to stand up and raise my hand for attention. I shouldn't have to ask for basic service from a supposedly established business and when it wasn't that busy, or should I have? After several minutes of just sitting there and feeling ignored, my wife and I quietly left the counter area. Sorry to leave a negative review.

The menu is simple, but there's nothing simple about the ice cream menu. Make sure to get some of that caramel sauce, it's soooo good and nothing about it has changed over the years. The decoration inside is still cute, even though not much has changed, I don't think they need to change it since it's still a cute ice cream shop. Service depends on how busy it is. On our recent visit when we first arrived the gal was on it, but it started getting super busy quickly and I watched this girl wait on 5 tables at the same time, so she wasn't as quick as she was when we first arrived. Staff is really friendly and If you haven't had Rosemary's then you need to bring the kiddos and the family to check it out. There's parking in the back in case there's no parking up front.
