My experience with More Physical Therapy (North San Jose branch) made me want More (get it?) than I received. I went in for tibial tendon injuries in both feet/ankles. I get a printout of exercises to do...and that's about it. That happened with repeated visits. I could have saved gas money and my time by just going online to find the same exercises. They have too many patients and not enough time for each patient, which is why I guess they need to utilize this physical therapy philosophy. Maybe in the pre-internet era this would have worked. Now, it just seems lazy and a lack of caring for their patients. There's a reason why they are at a 3.7 yelp rating as of January 2026. You can do better than More Physical Therapy when you need physical therapy, and I sincerely hope that they do better for their patients in the future.

Does your foot hurt? He can find where it is stemming from and treat it accordingly. Gary's personality will motivate you and his knowledge is impeccable. Ron is great at managing this business and has great skills for TMJ patients as well as a long work history. As a veteran who has been dismissed by many doctors, it is finally great to be heard and treated.

Their physical therapy process is quite impersonal and follows almost a "production line" approach…read more Most of the work is performed by seemingly poorly qualified "assistants" who mostly shuffle paper work and, periodically, point you to some of the standard exercises to perform. After basically being neglected during the first few sessions, the Therapist spent a few personal minutes with me during most of the remaining sessions. She was nice, but (because of the workload?) really unable to concentrate on individual patients. In the beginning I spent a fair of time just sitting waiting for somebody to notice me. One thing that is good is the ability to load the recommended exercises on your phone for home use. At some point I even got tired of just waiting and used my phone to do the exercises during my physical therapy session at the facility. Why did I have to go there in the first place? For my particular case, this Physical Therapy treatment had no positive results, no improvements. To be fair, at the end the Therapist did recommend that I talk to my physician again, possibly for a different diagnosis. In summary, I would strongly recommend potential customers to explore also other facilties first and compare their approaches with the one of California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy.

While making the appointment, I was already appreciative of how friendly and helpful Regina was. (Regina also helped walk me through the process of billing my health insurance.) During the consultation, I was impressed by how thorough the initial assessment was. I've worked with all three physical therapists on staff -- Doctors Jordan, Julia, and Des. They are all so supportive and caring! The exercises are tough at times, as they should be, but I've never felt pushed too hard (More than a year later, and I jog regularly while keeping up with the strengthening exercises that I learned at R3. No injuries!) Mikey and the rest of the front desk staff are also very friendly and supportive, always ready to greet you (and say goodbye) with a big smile!

She is so knowledgeable and professional, you know you're getting the best care with her. I also have to give the whole staff a shout here as well. Every single member is so friendly, it really feels like stepping into a friend's house. Literally everyone will greet you with a smile on their face when you come in! It's a wonderfully positive environment where you can heal not just the body but also the heart lol --- Tldr: Great place for sports rehab. Excellent, very friendly service! They don't take insurance, it's a bit pricey, and felt a bit sales-y at first, but I fully trust Dr Jordan and team wanting the fastest, and strongest recovery for me. At the end of the day, it's important to me to get back to playing volleyball, and the results so far have been worth the cost. I twisted my ankle pretty bad a couple months ago, and the level of attention and thought that goes into my treatment is above and beyond my expectations. Dr Jordan patiently listens to my experiences week after week and develops hypotheses and remedies as he and I learn about what was damaged and needs improvement. As I heal, we quickly refocus our efforts on the next most important issue, changing the rehab as necessary. R3 seems to specialize in sports recovery, and their stated goal is not just to get you back to functionality, but to push you all the way into playing shape.
