I'm not sure why they gave me someone who only was the PT for one session. Then I had another great PT named TJ who I highly recommend. She was thorough, thoughtful, and had great advice with a kind spirit. I was excited to have her for the rest of my three appointments. However, on the third appointment I went in, and told the receptionist I was there to see TJ. She said that TJ wasn't there this whole week and blamed me for the communication mistake. This was news to me since I purposely scheduled with her. I don't think this is the fault of TJ at all, but I think it would be nice to have clearer communication on who I was seeing. Especially since I saw a big difference between the first person I saw (who gave me way too simple exercises) to TJ who was incredible. My goal in writing this review is to help give feedback for better communication from the front desk staff.

I wanted to first off address how AMAZING the front desk staff are. Michael and Aaron, thank you both for being so kind, accommodating, and patient in every way. Thank you Aaron for helping me navigate all the pains of insurance and helping me understand the confusing aspects of my insurance I never existed lol. And also thank you for dealing with my insurance to get me more sessions approved a few weeks ago!!! I am so so grateful for the work you put in. For the treatment, I came in for neck/back pain, had a disc bulge in my neck. I've had chronic pain for almost 2 years now and I've been complaining so much that my boyfriend forced me to get it checked out. And for that, I'm so thankful because it led me here! My PT was Tony, and I have seriously never received better care from a medical professional in my life. My last physical therapist from Orange County years back did not provide me this level of personal treatment and I felt like my concerns were actually taken seriously here. I have had such a positive experience that I'm actually so bummed it's over! I genuinely looked forward to coming to my appointments every week. They have a website they link you to for all your exercises as well, which is great because I do so many of them that I forget which other ones I can do lol. Tony is truly an amazing individual as a person and as a medical professional. I asked so many questions and thought I was being annoying sometimes but Tony always answered me and always had me learning so much every time I came in!! Thank you for your care and patience with me! I had my final eval and it turns out I had near perfect scores. I came in my first day with like terrible numbers LOL but to see the progress I made has made me so so happy. I know how to manage my pain now when it comes, and I have been living my life a lot better without having to deal with pain on the daily like before. Once again I am so grateful! This care means so much to me, and it has honestly changed my life in so many ways. So many aspects of my life have improved. Everyone at this clinic, yall are so amazing!!

Michael and Aaron do a great job Manning the Fort behind the front desk, they offer great customer support online, I over the phone, and even in-person. They were able to make scheduling and billing a stress-free experience, which I truly appreciate! Hallelujah! Then, I was blessed to be linked to work with Christene Wang PT, DPT. She's a phenomenal human being and an amazing practitioner of her craft, and although PT is a science, her graceful approach and style of instruction added an Artistic touch to every session. She immediately gained my Trust! I was in a bad car accident, I have Multiple Sclerosis, and going through a horrendous custody battle; Christine acknowledged all of three, realized their impact on my injury, and factored them into a well tailored treatment program that took me further on down the road to recovery! I can't thank her enough, I hate I can still hear her voice encouraging me as I continue to do the specialized homework that she prepared prior to discharge. I saw clients of all ages, body types, and abilities during my 16 sessions, overheard a lot of conversations, the therapist obviously knew what they were doing, and I heard a lot of praise coming from their clients!

I personally went to Martha for back pain that has bothered me for many years. Martha treated both the spine as well as internal structure (the front of the spine, including the diaphragm, via visceral manipulation) which turned out very effective as the improvements were very noticeable after each session. On the service side, Martha performs the treatment all by herself for one full solid hour. We highly recommend Martha without reservation.

Her interview process was more lengthy than any other doctor, which makes her work so precise and customized. I don't want to give away her magic (which, to be honest, felt a little metaphysical/holistic though she well-educated in Western medicine), but instead of a battery of weird exercises, she was able to pinpoint my pain, and determine that my pain in my chest was actually referred from my back (she was right). Then as I lay or lie or lain or lied on my back (*smh because I'm a Language Arts teacher), she did some sort of gentle acupressure-like stuff on my neck and back, accompanied with electricity... I'm not sure what she was doing, but I felt so relaxed, and even with my eyes closed, fighting off sleep, the endorphin release caused me to see the color purple. (Not Whoopi Goldberg, but like a purple glow). Since just that first visit, the sharp pain I felt every 2 minutes I have only felt twice an hour. I feel I am in good hands, literally. Update: Second visit. 1/3/17. My chest pains had got much worse one cold night on a day I took no Advil. She treated them again and I haven't felt the chest pains at all since. In two visits, it went from every 2 minutes to every 30 minutes to nothing. I am afraid if the townspeople find out how magical she is, they might have to drown her to find out if she's a witch. (I mean that in a good way).

The medical team that operated on my…read morefracture sent me on my way with a bunch of medical terms that didn't make sense to me, opioids that did nothing for pain, and a list of possible PTs that I could contact. That is when I met Christine. I came to Christine with screws and a plate in place, a weird brace on, and extremely afraid to move in case anything "breaks," and I had to be operated on again. I was in pain, anxious, stressed, and had barely slept for 3 weeks since the fracture occurred. The first thing I noticed when I entered her office was the sudden drop in anxiety, and the calm -- and I had not even met her yet. When I did see her, we had an honest chat about the state of affairs. Since the moment I broke the bone, she was the first person to speak "human" to me and help me make sense of what'd happened, the recovery plan, how long it could take, and ways to get there. Over the next few months, with her attention to whole-body health, patience, and expert understanding of fascia, bones, and all things movement and balance, my elbow joint was not only healed but also straightened and strengthened to its original state. Each visit, she would assess progress and chat with me about my current expectations before developing a treatment plan for that day. Thanks to Perfect Balance Physical Therapy, I have a full range of motion, and it is as if the accident never happened. I had heard stories of how people walk around with bent elbows for the rest of their lives after a severe injury like the one I had. Christine's gentle persistence, rather than forcing exercises on me, helped heal the joint more quickly than it would have! Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a gentle specialist who works with you in achieving optimum health and speaks human!

I had a really bad ankle sprain on my ankle that left me with a lot of mobility issues and pain. I went to another PT that treated me like a number and gave me a pre-canned set of exercises. I got fed up and search on Yelp and found Jyoti. I can't say enough good things about her and the therapists that work with her. She's a GREAT therapist, very caring, spends a lot of time understanding what's going on with your situation and adapting and creating therapy for you. It took a long time to get back on my feet but I'm now healthy and pain free thanks to her. She's also such a nice person I miss spending my one hour sessions with her on Fridays :-) In addition to this my son had been having pain in his feet for a year or so, I took him to his peditrician who said he would grow out of it, i went to a specialist who took a 2 min look at him and said he had sever's disease and yes again he would grow out of it. I mention this to Jyoti and she told me to bring him to her practice, she spent so much time looking after him, teaching him techniques to walk and told me to go to a podiatrist to get a custom shoe insert, also told me to get a second opinion from a specialist who finally figured out what he had and this was not a growing out of it situation. The doctor agreed with Jyoti's diagnosis and treatment and months later my son is running happy and playing sports again, we owe this to her.
