I was very wary of going to anothwr PT place because I have literally been sent to about 8 or 9 without any success. I have back issues and they gave me exercises that other places did not have. I also let them know that planks make my back way worse... they listened. Other places made me to planks which made my back pain way worse. The employees are very friendly and showed me on their fake skeleton where the issues with my spine were after I had an MRI and explained what was going on. They gave me more info that I got from the doc after my MRI. Would definately recommend this place! read more

I had a left shoulder labral repair (6 weeks in sling - completely immobile) Stuart, Huy, and Linda helped me get back to form and get my range of motion back. They were incredibly careful and competent. They ensured me that progress takes time and diligence. Monica/Sylvia/Amy were great assistants and they do their best to be flexible with your schedule. Evergreen Physical Therapy is the best! I came here after having a microdiscectomy on my lower back-- I still had nerve tension in my legs and residual disc bulge. I was on disability and had trouble walking and driving. I saw Stuart 2 times a week for about 6 weeks. He spent a good amount of time assessing my issues during my first visit and continued to observe, ask questions, and closely monitor my progress. Every visit was about an hour long. 30 minutes were spent with Stuart, doing hands on therapy where he would stretch my legs out and gently work out my trouble areas. Another 30 minutes were spent with his staff. They instructed me on how to do my exercises correctly and always oversaw my progress. Unfortunately, Evergreen doesn't accept my insurance either, but the amazing person that answered the phone felt so bad for me, she called another provider on my behalf to find someone that would! I have been going to Evergreen Physical Therapy since the beginning of July 2020. I was seeking help for my cervical spine issue which landed me in the ER a week earlier with numbness to my left arm, burning sensations to my right arm and both legs. Stuart is awesome!! he evaluated me and was able to treat me. I am 60 percent better because of him. The homework (exercises) I am doing everyday which really helps me control my nervous system. Came here because my mom was having leg pain causing her to limp and not put any weight on it. The doctor recommended she get physical therapy so we chose Evergreen Physical Therapy and I'm glad we did. She absolutely loved the way she was treated here. The staff here is well mannered, very nice & caring. After her first visit she felt a huge difference, her pain went from 9-10 to 1-2. She was given exercises to do at home and a recipe for an ice bag. They also let her borrow a walker that she had to use for about 2 weeks. She now walks perfectly fine and has no issues walking long distances. read more

Excellent Physical therapy place. The staff is competent and nice. The therapist- Stuart, is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable therapist I have seen. I took my husband here for tennis elbow, and we didn't want to go with our insurance, the therapist was understanding and accommodating, he diagnosed my husband correctly, gave him exercises and things to do- written out, and said if doesn't improve in a few months to return for regular sessions, and it's been a week my husband is doing it consistently and following all instruction. I have hope that his problem will be fixed. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Evergreen Physical Therapy is a good as it gets. I have been a patient of Stuart for the past 2 years as needed. Stuart coached me with recovery after my back surgery, and later problems with a sciatic nerve issue which developed 2 years after back surgery. Stuart showed me stretches and exercises so I could strengthen my muscles and i did not have to have a second surgery. All good now, sciatic pain is gone and I am amazed how good life is.Stuart treats, gives exercise instruction and tools to self help and sends you on your way. My wife is also seeing Stuart and I was referred to Stuart by my sister. My wife looks forward to her appointments. ABSOLUTELY the place to be for PT. Fantastic staff. Sylvia is just amazing at the front desk. She's so prompt, attentive, and caring. She responds to emails and the phone promptly and efficiently. They were able to address my insurance questions within an hour or so and I was able to get in for an appointment the same week. Dr. Stuart and Hui were very thorough, knowledgeable, and on time. Dr. Stuart was so thorough on the intake with my husband and doing the physical exam. He shared so much information on what was going on with my husband's back and also reviewed the MRI reports with us. I think this team is special, everyone in the office makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They're ready to go for your appointment, share handouts to take home, get you set up on the stretching, and exercise routine from DAY 1 and send you home feeling better after the first appointment. My wife broke a bone in her arm and went to Evergreen for her therapy. After a couple of weeks, she was better and should have left treatment at that point. Her function was good and she felt good. The therapist said to keep coming so she wouldn't lose function in her arm. The exercises given for her to do at home became more and more vigorous and extensive. That's when she reinjured her arm. We think a torn muscle but whatever the problem caused from these exercises, she is still in pain after a year and can't use her arm and hand normally. She would have been fine if she quit after the first two or three weeks, when she was using everything normally and felt fine. The recommended exercises have cost dearly in pain and not having normal functioning. read more

This place is great for a supportive and encouraging environment. I had an injured knee from a race and Linda was so helpful in trying to get me back into my running shoes. We tried lots of different things to help my knee & now I've been able to run again without pain. She and Stuart are the sweetest couple and own the place. read more

I have been a patient of both Linda and Stewart for the past 10 years for chronic neck and back pain. They both are AMAZING therapists!!!! The office is warm and welcoming and the therapists are professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I had an ACL surgery and picked Evergreen because of the amazing reviews I saw on Yelp. Now I see why people have been raving about this place. I walked into my first session 2 weeks post operation with a limp. And 6 weeks later, I am jogging(lightly) and doing jump shots. Stuart's therapy gave me great confidence and assuaged my fear and doubt about the prospect of being as active as I once was in the future. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. And more importantly, I appreciate his candor. He told me everything I need to know about the injury and the surgery and at the end of the 10th session, he said I don't have to come in anymore since I'm doing so well and so far ahead of my schedule. He also said I could drop in or call him anytime in the future whenever I have any question or discomfort without having to make an appointment. It made me feel that he's not just my physical therapist, but a true friend. I can't wait to get back to the basketball court and soccer field, knowing that I will always be in good hands whatever happens in the future. I remember goin here after breaking my collarbone about 5 or 6 years ago. Linda was incredibly sweet and very helpful in my recovery. I recommended a friend and she had pretty good feedback about the facility and her results. Now, I'm heading back after a double surgery (torn rotator cuff and ACL replacement)I just had and am looking forward to their amazing work. I know it's gonna be a tough recovery but I'm confident in the knowledge and care they'll be providing to get me back in competition mode!! **Update: I almost did go in bc of the pain I've been having in my knee... Ugh this sucks! But thankfully I when in w/ my GF. They reviewed all the surgical work that was done and even knew the surgeon by his first name, saying he's a great at his work. That gave me confidence!:) I was tested on my range of motion and ability to move on my own. All revealing the exercises that I would need to practice during my visit as well as perform at home each day. After the exercises they do a little muscle stimulation along w/ icing. The icing I'm used to is 15 mins but they do it for 8mins. The ice packs they use are ultra cold and it's tough to bare the first few minutes but it's totally worth it. It's much colder than your normal ice pack and they give you a recipe to make it at home. Looking forward to my progress for the next 8weeks!! read more

Anytime I had a question about the process or my injury Stuart was able to explain things in a way I understood.
