Dr. Rapkin is absolutely wonderful. She is the most caring therapist I have ever encountered. She goes above and beyond for her patients.

They are a terrible unorganized team of psycho pharmacologists you go in there and some mystical…read moredoctor Resai Sees you and then you never see him again which makes no sense he just hand you off to a nurse practitioner. The one I had made a good job of pretending to be a real doctor or psychologist. They don't help you whatsoever in regards to the proper medications. What happens is during this virus. They make you use an app that doesn't necessarily work when I was trying to get into my appointment I kept getting a network error and then I kept trying to call the office I was getting a fast busy signal or I would just hang up the doctors didn't even bother to phone me for the appointment and then I found out that I was discharged from the practice because I could not get into the application properly. The nurse practitioner didn't even bother to make a phone call to see if I was having problems with the application because at one point I had to have major surgery I missed an appointment they will charge you a huge fee of about $150 if you miss any appointment, The huge kicker is that will be charged $350 if you miss your first appointment. Life happens and they don't really care about you whatsoever at this time my father is in the hospital dying and I am working as a nurse during the virus. They just decided to kick me out of the practice in the middle of the worst time in the world because their virtual system didn't work for me apparently I am lying to them?!? I said on my father's life on his deathbed I tried several times very hard to get the application work and to get through on the phone to tell them that it didn't work at this point in time my daddy is dying in California from heart failure and there are a lot of things going on that I need to speak to a counselor about in regards to my medication but I was just kicked to the curb the doctor " nurse practitioner..."! didn't even bother to reach out to me to see if I was having issues they were no phone calls to me as I was desperately trying to get a hold of them. I called the answering service and attempted to page her but she never called me back as I tried several times to get through over an hour to get into my appointment. Then the gas the gall to refer to me as dishonest, called me a liar which is not true. At Tak medical, they never believe psychologically challenge patients, who require medications to function in the regular world. The women in this practice will refer to you as a liar they think anybody on a controlled medication is a liar we are all liars and medication have a an Addiction. So trust me if you need any kind of a controlled substance they will make you feel like you are trash, they will make you feel like you are lower than dirt because you need this medication to function so be aware of that if you choose them to have a doctors office practice when you go in there you are manipulated around with blood pressure. With testing your weight as well. Every single time you go in there they will require you to complete forms that ask you about your health at that moment in time but, they never really do anything about those forms other than glance down to make sure that you're not about to kill yourself. I am severely severely disappointed in this practice as they do not even care about their patients it's all about the bottom line and it's all about money. At this time I'm actually more than happy to leave their practice I was getting ready to switch doctors anyway. The doctor that I had experience with was named Megan Dombi

Dr. Rezai is awful: brusque, condescending; didn't bother to read my intake forms before asking…read moredumb questions about a medical history I'd provided in extensive detail; interrogated me about my "drug history" with a drug I'd been prescribed exactly once (as in: a single pill!). When I tell friends and family about the experience I call him "Dr. Feelbad." Fortunately, you only have to deal with him for the intake appointment, and then you can request to be handed off to his nurse practitioner, Meagan Dembitzky. Meagan is a decent, friendly, and competent professional who treats clients like intelligent adults, and she's the reason I'm still with this practice. I might even give TAK four stars if it weren't for their administrative problems. Their answering service refused to call the NP about an urgent medication issue during a three-day weekend (she said later that wasn't TAK policy and shouldn't have happened, but, alas, it did). And the receptionists, while pleasant to deal with when you can get one, are often unreachable, which they blame on "the phone system"; getting that fixed would be helpful.

One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced at a medical office. I'm not sure if I should…read morehave been surprised as this was beautiful downtown Worcester, but this was one scary experience. The building was derelict and in need of a remodel, the individuals in the building highly suspect, and the staff rude and totally useless. I could have stayed home and been ignored, I certainly didn't need to travel here to have it done. We walked in and were told to have a seat and they'd be right with us. For twenty minutes we waited, the staff would look at us through the window, say nothing, not even given us paperwork to fill out as a new patient. Off to such a great start, I said f(&k it, and walked out. I will not be returning and will seek help at a more caring and compassionate facility.

He kept promising she would see one before she ran out of meds. Finally, she called his supervisor for help, was told she missed too many appointments which she missed because he made her uncomfortable and his incompetence and unwillingness to help her made her anxiety worse and was denied seeing a med doctor altogether by the supervisor until she could regularly attend sessions. She's in nursing school, has 2 jobs, a disabled wife and was made promises by these swindlers. I am appalled, disgusted and can't believe this place gets any clients at all. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere because you won't find it here. They don't care about their patients and hire individuals who aren't fit to flip burgers let alone delve into the issues of mental health. Now my spouse will be without meds after 3 months of consistently asking for them and being told everything would be okay. Well, it's not.
