I used Jennifer Michele when she owned a business in Whitefish, MT called Sage Interior Design. I purchased my furniture up front after she showed me pictures of the recommendations. She gave me multiple delivery dates where I would organize my schedule and family members schedules to be home for the deliveries and day after day those deliveries never happened. I found out that the "orders" I made, those pieces were never ordered. I called directly the sofa maker where she was supposedly having my sofa made from and they told me her account had been on hold with them for quite awhile due to her owing them money. I was completely scammed. I took her to court where I have a judgement which I'm sure will never be paid. Do not let this woman con you!!! read more

Fraudster. Stay away, you are warned. She takes your money and does no work or delivers no furniture or product. Total thief.

Our septic system has had a history of backing up, and I wrote a bad review of In-Sink couple…read moremonths ago, when after having In-SINK to my house to replace a septic sump, the problem continued for 9 months without any culpability or accountability from Charlie. But, eventually, he came out and addressed the issue. I'm extending some forgiveness and grace to the situation for two reasons: One, plumbers are in tough demand in the Flathead. Lots of work, not enough of them to go around especially in winter when many plumbing issues tend to happen and it was really hard trying to get ahold of him and have him return to address the issue. And two, this particular system is poorly designed. In witnessing the troubleshooting, it's clear the solution might be a redesign, which Charlie has offered to do if moving forward, his latest efforts of cistern-cleaning/pumping/roto-rooting doesn't fix it this time. SO, Charlie, thanks for putting in the time. Hopefully we won't need to call you back out here.

I'm in MT and Jennifer Michele Designs also has provided no service and yet has not refunded my deposit. Its nice to see I'm not alone and that there are other victims out there. I really should have done better research before falling for the scan because once she has your money the games start. Anyway here is what some research found: Probable Past victim 1. 2022. A google search of "bbb jennifer michele" takes you to the profile on the BBB website where another person claims he was cheated out of $8,000 deposit. https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/laguna-beach/profile/interior-designer/jennifer-michele-llc-1126-1000076471/customer-reviews Probable Past victim 2. 2020 (Jennifer Michele's previous concern "Sage Interior Designs" is listed as "out of business". Yes there are many people complaining about Jennifer Michele Helm . Apparently the scam is that she will take deposit from homeowners and tell them she will purchase furniture or materials. Nothing gets purchased and she never refunds deposit. Every time you speak with her she will say that she will refund but it never comes. It's just delay tactics. Do a google search "Jennifer Michele BBB" and you will see a review where someone suffered the same fraud. Jennifer Michele Interiors buyer beware! read more

Jennifer Michele is a fraud and con artist. She is talented but uses her skills to manipulate clients and steal their money. Her Father is also a convicted felon and is assisting her in these dealings. read more
