Yes there are many people complaining about Jennifer Michele Helm . Apparently the scam is that she will take deposit from homeowners and tell them she will purchase furniture or materials. Nothing gets purchased and she never refunds deposit. Every time you speak with her she will say that she will refund but it never comes. It's just delay tactics.
