We had a nice chat, and she was very gentle with my hair. However, the experience at the front desk was a bit disappointing. The receptionist seemed annoyed when I pointed out the $20 special (which is listed on their page) after she originally charged me $35. She was hesitant to issue a refund, but after I showed her their Instagram page, she eventually canceled the transaction and charged me the correct amount. Ro took me into her brow room and introduced herself. She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. The Spa is really nice as well, smells wonderful, looks clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. I might schedule a facial here soon.

I had an Indian wedding which was very elaborate. I wanted an simple, natural, elegant, beautiful look for my wedding. Unfortunately when I contacted Indian hair/make-up artists recommended to me by close family and friends, I was extremely disappointed. They charged way too much money & couldn't give me what I wanted. I felt like I was telling them what to do, and still wasn't satisfied, & I am by no means a make-up expert. I was starting to get stressed because my wedding was a month away & I hadn't found a hair/make-up artist that I liked. I found Tatyana on Yelp, which was a blessing. She was flexible and accommodating. I had my hair/make-up trial with her less than 2 weeks before my wedding, and was pleasantly surprised. She did a beautiful job on the trial & her hair artist is also talented! She did an absolutely beautiful job as well. The day of my wedding Tatyana was on time and did an amazing job. I couldn't have asked for anything more. As a resident physician, I am used to long hours, dry skin, & dark under eye circles, & I couldn't believe how stunning her work was & how great the photos turned out. My wedding was in the morning & my reception was in the evening, & despite the delay in the evening ceremony, she was flexible & accommodated getting me & my family & close friends ready for the evening. Everyone loved it! Even my family members who didn't have their make-up done for their own children's weddings had their make up done! Literally the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I started going here in June I had…read moreextensions in my hair. The incompetent stylist Alyssa told me she had to fully take them out and re Install so that was about $600. It was new hair only 2 months old . She also did what she called a full head of highlights which it's not. I went back in for my move up which I now found it is not a move up simply pushing the beads up and matting the hair. More of a scam to get more money. She also claimed she did a full highlight. I told her after that time I wasn't thrilled with the color. I sent her pics of what I wanted and she blew me off and said she would do more next time. Well I went back and my hair was completely all messed up from her botched move up which I confirmed from real hair extension specialists in the area it was indeed improperly done. As a result my hair that was now only 6 months old had to be thrown out because of her incompetence. I had to how reorder new hair. Pay for another install which was done with the wrong color beads. She also had the audacity to charge me for a full highlight and an extra bowl of color. I left and reached out and told her I wanted a diff color and she told me it couldn't be done which is absolutely insane I've been getting highlights for 15 plus years I know what color my hair is capable of being. As time went on I got more and more upset and annoyed as I saw what a hot mess my hair was. I sent her pics and she said that she would add more highlights next time. I was done. I called to cancel all of my future appointments and she argued with me. She's horrible. For someone who gave this subpar salon pushing $3,000 in 6 months you would think they would be nicer. She's lazy and just doesn't want to do the work in conjunction with not knowing what she's doing. Stick to blowouts and go back to beauty school and get a class on how to talk to people.
