I have been a loyal customer for a year until this week when I met David for the first time. I was late for 10 minutes with a pre-notice so I said "okay" to every compromise I had to make, when the front desk (who was rude too) told me that I would have to accommodate a junior stylist and will not get a blowout. As a single working mother of a toddler kid, I did not mind at all, because it was the only 30 minutes I could squeeze out to get my haircut that I have longed for 6 months. Then came with David who kept brushing my hair with a thin comb so hard and so close to my ears as if he was going to cut my ears off. I walked out of the place charged with $90 with wet hair, because he dried my hair for 2 minutes but no junior stylist ever showed up to take over to further dry up my hair (I was not expecting a blow out at all, since I agreed to the arrangement, but at least walk out with dry hair lol!). My friend who picked me up was a witness for how red my ears were, because David kept brushing my hair and scalp so hard that I almost cried. I also heard from other patrons that they were offered tea/coffee whenever they went, but I was only offered the first time. The last time when I finished my haircut and waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes for uber, I recalled that the front desk lady was gossiping with a customer loudly to complain about another customer for the entire time (totally unprofessional) so do not share any personal details with anyone working there!

I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. The incompetent stylist Alyssa told me she had to fully take them out and re Install so that was about $600. It was new hair only 2 months old . She also did what she called a full head of highlights which it's not. I went back in for my move up which I now found it is not a move up simply pushing the beads up and matting the hair. More of a scam to get more money. She also claimed she did a full highlight. I told her after that time I wasn't thrilled with the color. I sent her pics of what I wanted and she blew me off and said she would do more next time. Well I went back and my hair was completely all messed up from her botched move up which I confirmed from real hair extension specialists in the area it was indeed improperly done. As a result my hair that was now only 6 months old had to be thrown out because of her incompetence. I had to how reorder new hair. Pay for another install which was done with the wrong color beads. She also had the audacity to charge me for a full highlight and an extra bowl of color. I left and reached out and told her I wanted a diff color and she told me it couldn't be done which is absolutely insane I've been getting highlights for 15 plus years I know what color my hair is capable of being. As time went on I got more and more upset and annoyed as I saw what a hot mess my hair was. I sent her pics and she said that she would add more highlights next time. I was done. I called to cancel all of my future appointments and she argued with me. She's horrible. For someone who gave this subpar salon pushing $3,000 in 6 months you would think they would be nicer. She's lazy and just doesn't want to do the work in conjunction with not knowing what she's doing. Stick to blowouts and go back to beauty school and get a class on how to talk to people.
